It went excellent. All done in a day, a huge crew, all cleaned up. Tommy was there directing the work the entire time. I talked with about 6 different companies before making the choice. Tommy was on the high end of the prices - but he is the Tree Whisperer.

I am a return customer because their work is always to good. This was my third service experience with this company and I cannot recommend them more highly. Very prompt, courteous, and clean up and remove all debris when they leave. Their prices are very competitive and worth every dime for such good service to maintain such an expensive asset as your trees.

We have a 9 year old maple tree that has never had any major pruning done to it and the canopy needed to be raised and thinned. Along with the maple, seasonal trimming was needed for our elm, 2 water oaks, and a pecan tree, which are all close to 40 years old. Due to the young age of the maple, we wanted a tree company with a certified arborist to make sure whatever pruning was done did not damage the tree. We scheduled a free estimate and Glen Ginzel arrived on time. He was so friendly and down-to-earth, and impressed us with his knowledge of all the trees and his suggestions for pruning. He followed through with our verbal agreement on the price and plan of action and emailed us the same day with everything we spoke about. I had a few questions and Glen responded immediately. It was a no brainer to hire him! The day Carlos and his crew were scheduled to arrive, they were right on time, knew exactly what they were supposed to do and definitely had the experience to do it. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end, including the clean up and hauling away of the debris. Our neighbors could not stop talking about how beautifully balanced our maple tree looked and what a great job they did on our other trees! Everyone from Glen to the office staff to the tree crew were very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. We have definitely found our go-to tree company!

Chris and his "red" team did an amazing job. Chris is a perfectionist and it shows in the work they did. Highly recommend them.

Our experience with Texas Tree Team was excellent. We received several bids from tree service vendors on Angie's List and Glen's proposal was by far the most thorough and comprehensive. We knew exactly how each tree would be handled. Texas Tree Team was not the cheapest, but not most expensive bid either. Glen actually gave us an additional discount to win the work, and even had his team haul extra debris that was in our yard as part of the service (no additional cost). They arrived promptly within the window of arrival time, and the huge crew, led by Carlos, worked hard and left everything in GREAT shape after all the work was complete. They even blew extra debris off our roof. If they had any questions, they made sure to ask before tackling the work. The office was also very easy to deal with, answering questions and calls promptly. Would definitely use them again, cannot recommend them highly enough!

Glen Glenzil was our arborist and was totally professional. He has also been very responsive to a few small issues. The finished result has greatly improved the looks of our subdivision and the health of the trees. I would highly recommend that any HOA having tree work performed get an estimate from Texas Tree Team before making their final selection. Texas Tree Team was actually one of the last companies we interviewed and we are definitely happy that we found them!

The crew was on time and well organized. Carlos, supervisor, went over the work description with me to confirm the scope of work. At the end of the job, Carlos and I did a final inspection. All work was completed as planned with no problems. The trees were very professionally trimmed.

Everything went pretty well when the crew came while I was at work. My neighbor kept an eye on things and was able to instruct the crew with details when it came to certain parts of the job. They did have to call Glen to get confirmation on at least one item, but everything was fine once they got confirmation. Additionally, the crew misunderstood what was to be done to the lugustrum and ended up just shaping it. I texted Glen and mentioned that it wasn't what we had discussed. He quickly texted back in agreement and sent the crew back to my home to deal with it. To the crew's credit, they checked with me on at least 3 different occasions while taking the chainsaw to the humungous eyesore to make sure I REALLY wanted to chop it back to almost nothing. I assured them that an 18" ball on the ground beat ripping it out completely. They did a really good job cleaning up after themselves. After a day or two, I noticed that the Ash tree in the backyard really didn't look as good as it could and had a singular medium sized limb that seemed out of place and likely should have been removed. When Shanna called me to make sure I was happy with the work, I mentioned this and she had a crew out there to remove the limb a couple days later, no questions asked. All in all, this was a much better experience than I had assumed I would have. I will definitely use this company again!

Glen and the team did a wonderful job handling our tree needs.

We had a large magnolia tree removed from our backyard. The tree must have been 30+ feet tall with branches near electrical lines, across fences and over our roof. These guys had it out in just a couple of hours. The Texas Tree Team is exceptional. From the friendly scheduling team to the professional folks who removed the tree, our experience was top notch. A+

Last year when Texas Tree Team did some major tree trimming for me, they recommended that I have some fertilizer treatments for a depressed looking magnolia tree in my back yard. The first treatment was in the fall, and this spring treatment was the second one in the series. I had been very concerned about the tree after this winter as so many of its branches were completely bare - not a good look for a magnolia tree! I spoke with the Texas Tree Team representative who came out to apply the treatment and expressed my concern. He couldn't answer all my questions, but offered to have Chris call me. He did reassure me that, in his instructions, they knew that the tree was in poor condition and had designed the treatment with that in mind. I decided to wait and see before calling Chris. Well, here it is a month later and the tree looks soooooooo much better. Lots of new growth, flowers - still a few bare branch ends - but overall looking much better. I plan to continue with the treatments as it looks like we'll be able to save a tree!

We trusted Texas Tree Team with our tree trimming and tree root issues. We were extremely pleased with Chris and his knowledge and caring. While they were not cheapest in price, we feel that we received good value for the services provided. We had contacted about ten providers to give us estimates. Some made appointments with us to never show up, others refused to give us written estimates and would only go on verbals. Some providers did not bother answering the phone, responding to email requests and replying to voicemails. It seemed like we were dealing with a few fly by night outfits. Texas Tree Team was exceptional from the time we initially made contact to them coming out for the consultation/estimate, scheduling and then performing the work. They came out with a small army to get the work done correctly and efficiently and cleaned up well after. In a trade where many shady characters lurk, Texas Tree Team has earned our trust and our business going forward. We are very pleased and will highly recommend.

They did ok but unfortunately we were not there when the work was performed and they didn't cut the limbs back as much as requested or cut all the limbs.

I was very pleased with the service. Gene came out and gave me a thorough estimate and the workers were on time and performed to my expectations. I would use them again and I highly recommend.

We called them based on the excellent reviews submitted by others who live in our neighborhood. Glen was extremely professional and spoke to our neighbor about the job since one of the trees partially hung over his backyard. They did a great job and we would use them again. Their prices are fair and we had peace of mind knowing that the job would be done professionally and safely.

Glen came buy to quote the job. He is an arborist with full knowledge of what trees need. I was VERY concerned about the crape myrtles as we have the nicest trees on our block and they are many decades old. I haven't had any work done on them in 13 years because of so many bad tree trimming experiences. Glen assured they would not hack up my crape myrtles and that they would look very balanced and symmetrical, with care taken to cut at the "forks" of branches to make it look natural. The work was fantastic. About 5 guys came with a very accommodating foreman who helped build confidence that they would handle the job expertly. Additionally, they had their own woodchopper to grind up everything they trimmed and put it all in a truck. They fully cleaned up after the job leaving no trace they had been there other than the fine work. I tipped the guys as they did so well and even tidied up a pineapple guava tree that I hadn't originally included for the bid. I'd hire this company again unquestionably.

Called Texas Tree Service to schedule an estimate on landscaping/tree trimming work that I needed done. I received a confirmation email from them about the times of the appointment (a 2 hour appointment window). On the day of the estimate, nobody showed up or called. I tried calling the office a couple of times but all I got was a machine saying "we are open but are on the other line" Finally, I got through after my appointment window had passed and spoke to a very nice lady (Sharon or Shannon?) who looked into why the person (Glen) had not shown up. She put me on hold briefly and said that he had to go to another job site because a piece of equipment had broken and that he would be there in 15 minutes. I had to cancel the estimate because I had prior obligations and could not wait around. I understand that unforeseen circumstances come up in the business world and that you may not be able to arrive at the appointment at the start of the appointment window, but there is absolutely no reason for someone not to take 1 minute to call the prospective client and let him know what has happened and that he may be a little late or reschedule the appointment if necessary. This just shows me that this individual has little respect for people's time and lacks in professionalism. I will not be calling again for any future work.

Chris came out to give us an estimate. We were debating between a root barrier and cutting down our trees. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained the pros/cons of our options.-The work was performed on time and as promised. I think the price was fair. It included cutting down all 3 trees, which were quite large, grinding the stumps and removing all the debris. They were obviously very careful-no damage to our property-and they did an excellent job cleaning up as well.-Many thanks to the Texas Tree Team for their excellent work and knowledge. -We will be repeat customers.

They did a great job and it was worth the money -- other companies have charged far more for a small trim. they did a resl pruning on my two problem trees that were getting out of hand. Angies list special was too good to be true 5 labor hours is actually just one hour with a crew of five which could only cover one large tree. Thankfully they came out in advance and gave me a very detailed accurate quote of what it would cost to add services.

Used these guys years ago for some other work and they were great. Decided to get a couple quotes this time. Not only did they offer the best price, they were clearly the most thorough and responsive and gave me better confidence in what they proposed to do. They also helped me out with a payment complication, no problem. Chris and Glen are both a pleasure to work with.

I chose Texas Tree Team because they have a certified arborist on staff and these trees are very large and beautiful; I didn't want them to be mutilated like i've seen done to neighboring trees by random tree services. Chris came for a review of the trees, discussed my/HOA needs, and developed the plan. He submitted a detailed proposal by tree. Once accepted, the activity was scheduled for the following week. The team leader walked through the plan for each tree to confirm the activity and expectations before they stated. The 3-member crew was well equipped, and the work was performed quickly and smoothly. I reviewed and confirmed each tree before completion. The yard was left clean. The trees look BEAUTIFUL! The price was probably a bit high due to the large branches that had to be removed and amount of other cleanup necessary; it had been 4 years since the last pruning. I am very satisfied with the work performed.

Texas Tree Team showed up on time and immediately went to work. Lead by the on-sight Foreman Mr. Ruso Beede the team tackled a very difficult job involving a lot of dead wood and over growth. They were each professional and with knowledge of what needed to be done they completed the job with great results. Our trees have never looked this good. They also did a great clean up afterward. We are new in the house and a big pear tree was hanging over the pool, they said it was of no value at this point and recommened to cut it down, the honor the coupon I bought before, they came on time and clean after themselves, spend around 5 hours for all the work.
