Excellent service, completed and very clean.

Job well done, very professional and respectful of my yard. Went beyond what was requested without additional cost.

Work went well - needed some additional work done due to a broken branch that was overlooked. Took a bit of time to get a hold of the right person, but work was accomplished and team was professional throughout. A bit expensive, but comparable to other quotes I had received.

When these folks looked at it, he diagnosed pine bark beetles. I hired them to take it down along with another 35' pine next to it. They had the best estimate, and I was impressed with their knowledge and skill. After taking them down and grinding the stumps, they did a complete job site cleanup. They're great folks. This fall, I'll have them put in a red oak tree.

The work was very good and they were easy to work with. I was able to suggest additional cuts that I wanted and they agreed.

Excellent! This is the third time we have used Texas Tree Team. We initially used Texas Tree team to do root feeding on some of our trees. Butwe noticed the canopies on the Oak trees out front and over the pool were out of control. Glen G. the company's arborist walked through the property with me taking pictures and notes on what I wanted done, explaining what could and should be done. When we reached agreement on what work would be done, he compiled that information and developed an in depth, detailed proposal & video for the work team . He is thorough, responsive, and professional, As a result the work team reviewed what needed to be done with me and they checked with me as the work progressed, made suggestions, and were professional in their execution. They did a thorough clean up, and my husband and I are very pleased with the results.

Estimation Phase - Susan was enthusiastic and professional. She assessed my needs quickly and gave a fair price. She also took time to diagnose a problem with my elderly neighbor's tree and offered advice for my other neighbor's tree problems (free of charge). Work Phase - Workers showed up on time. I am VERY pleased with the outcome. The tree was damaging my roof, they managed to remove the entire thing without further damage to it or to the gutters! They cleaned up the aftermath very well, also. SUCH A RELIEF. Overall - I would highly recommend these folk. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. The pricing was fair, the people where courteous, and the work was downright surgical. Major kudos.

It went well. There was a delay due to rain. But, the company stayed in touch to reschedule. The company took the trimmings with them. Only a few twigs were left in the yard. They made a good effort to clean up. Later, we found that one bush under the trees lost some branches, which we assume was from tree limbs falling.

Very professional job. They even ground a few of the "knees" that had been bothering us. They worked efficiently, were on time and very polite, and cleaned up when they left. We were quite pleased. It all went exactly as planned. They also were very prompt with setting a time for an estimate and then with getting that estimate back to us.

They cut the wax leaf bushes on the back yard and I thought it was not short enough. So, I asked them to cut a little more, which they did. They cleaned after themselves. I have communicated with them both via email and phone. They return the quotes quickly and are courteous. I liked that the arborist suggested that I should wait to trim the young maple trees on the back. It shows that he understands that trust is the key to keep his customers. I am satisfied with the way they conduct business. I feel respected.

Everything went fine. They did everything requested and cleaned up very well, even cleaning off some small tree limbs that were already on the roof. Very polite and very professional.

They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price compared to other contractor estimates. I would highly recommend them in the future and use them again.

Did an excellent job on the pecan tree, but a disaster on the grapefruit tree, inappropiately taking out two large limbs, about 1/2 of the tree. They did comp the services and will help me nurse the tree back to health.

Very, very well. The crew arrived within the scheduled time frame, were very professional, polite and well organized and completed all of the work including clean up and new plantings in a very timely manner. Overall a very professional job and we are well pleased with the results. In addition the rep/estimator that first called to assess and price the work was very pleasant, professional and responsive to questions. Would use again.

They started around 9:30 and quit around 5pm. They have a crew that was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. Before they left, I had an issue with a branch that I wanted trimmed back for aesthetic reasons and they were able and willing to comply. They also were proactive and saw other branches that they trimmed to balance things out. For the amount of work they did, I am totally happy with the result and the price I paid.

We have two huge oak trees (one front and one backyard), and both are 17 years old. Thinking ahead of the possibility of a hurricane this year, we hired the Texas Tree Team to remove the lower limbs, clean out the canopies, and trim limbs away from the house. We received the estimate with an insurance certificate attached. (I am a stickler for proof of insurance.) Carlos and his team did an EXCELLENT job. Our trees are beautiful! They removed (chipped) all of the cuttings and cleaned our yard. Our neighbors have all commented how beautiful our trees look. We will definitely call them again. Don't hesitate contacting them.

Called for a quote to remove two trees. Chris came out on 2/3/17 and quotes is a price which we accepted as it was $1700 less than another quote we got. We received a call on 2/7/17 to schedule the service, which we scheduled for 2/13/17 between 8-10 AM. The crew showed up at 9 AM and were finished by 2:30 PM. Except for the trees being gone and some sawdust, you would not have known they were there.

They come almost every year to trim the trees and bushes. They're very professional and they give me some good advice I think. They are expensive but they are good.

The crew was on time and did a terrific job. Out of 5 bids I had for the job, Texas Tree Team was the most reasonable. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I will definitely hire again next time I need tree services.

The company charged me exactly what the estimate quoted. No unexpected surprises. The crew arrived on time, were friendly and professional. I was not asked to provide payment at the end of the day. Instead, I was sent a bill after the work was completed. I was also given instructions in how to care for the new tree. I intend to hire Texas Tree Team again for my future needs.

Awesome job! Quick and not a trace of them

I received an estimate for trimming the 4 live oaks and 2 crape myrtles in my front yard, and 2 eastern redbuds and 1 bradford pear tree in my backyard just a few days after contacting Texas Tree Team. I was then scheduled the work for the following week. The team showed up on time and quickly completed the job in about an hour and a half. The trees look great now, the trees no longer overhang the house and I no longer have limbs overgrowing into my neighbor's yard. The team did a great job cleaning up and hauling all the debris away. They did a great job.
