Description of Work: This company was excellent and very knowledgeable about trees. They actually came and deep fed an aging Oak tree that has been on my old family property for almost 100 years. The tree is already looking better and greener. I appreciate the professional service provided and so does my tree.

Description of Work: I have 8 live oaks that we're planted in 1960. Remember the drought the summer 2012? We'll, I was very concerned about their well being so I called Texas Tree Trim to come out and visit with me for a while, which they did. They sent out a tree expert (forgot what they are called) and he educated us on live oaks. That they need nutrition and vitamins just like humans. So every spring and fall they come out and pump 500 gallons of nutrients into ground. My trees are |beautiful and the one oak that was losing huge branches began to heal and after two years it is growing again - it is the greenest oak on our property!

Description of Work: Glen, the arborist, came out and told us what he thought needed to be done to 6 of our large oak trees to improve their looks and protect our roof from possible damage. The team came and followed his recommendations for the most part. We weren't completely satisfied. There was still dead wood in one tree and two trees were too close to the roof. Glen came back and sent the team back to complete the work. They did a marvelous job. They were careful to clean up all the mess and our trees look great. We will call them in a couple of years when it's time to trim again.

Description of Work: I have one large oak and 2 large elm trees in my front yard which haven't been pruned in quite a while and needed trimming. He gave me a written estimate for each of the three trees and what limbs they were going to prune, etc. In addition to the $199 for $400 worth of tree service, I decided to pay an additional $150 to have them all done and am glad that I did. After they finished, I also asked them to cut a few more branches and they had problem doing that also since they really want you to be happy with their service. They did an excellent job and when they left, you couldn't even tell they had even been there because they also did a great job cleaning up. I will definitely use them next year to prune a huge oak tree in the back and will use them in several more years to keep the ones in the front pruned.

Description of Work: Rescheduled once, next appointment arrived on time did a great job, work went well, cleaned up after cutting tree limbs. Had a limb hanging over roof and they removed it without any problems.

Description of Work: I had an appointment for a specific day and time. I took a half day vacation to be there. They did not show up and did not call until 5:00 p.m. that day and said they had run late on the previous job and wanted to reschedule. If they would have called earlier, that would have been fine, and I would not have wasted a half day vacation.

Description of Work: I had a coupon that I bought for 100.00 that was 200.00 worth of service. TX tree team removed a large limb hanging over the house and trimmed my tree. They also cut up the large pieces of wood and left it stacked under my tree for firewood. They removed all other debris and left my yard very clean. I am very impressed with their professionalism, and how courteous they were. I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: This was a special deal. $99 fot $200 worth of work. My intention was to have some trees trimmed, but they told me my trees were in good shape so I had them remove dead crepe myrtle and grind stump. There was some confusion with time, but I appreciated their honesty about trees and work performed was good, as was clean up.
