Description of Work: I am very impressed with this company and their employees. We had a disease in 2 trees and they have a 2-step process of soil injection we are currently trying.

Description of Work: TTT came out and removed pine and oak tree limbs growing over the house and a small tree we didn't need. They were very careful that the limbs did not hit the house when cut off. They did the same with limbs over the garage and did a very nice job cleaning up a trashy oak that had not been pruned in years. Finally, they cropped three very tall crepe myrtles. The crew was very courteous, professional and safe as they did the work. They did arrive a little late, but once arriving they got straight to work. This work left a lot of trash in the yard and street, but TTT did excellent an clean up job so it looked like they were never there except my trees now look lots better. The work was completed as specified in the estimate I got, they confirmed that with me as the work progressed and the price was very reasonable; more reasonable then other estimates I got. I definitely will call these folks again when I have more for them to do. Highly recommend them to others who need this kind of work.

Description of Work: Very good. A guy came by to discuss options and the overall health of the subject tree. The crew did not have all of their ladders but that did not stop them from getting everything that was targeted for trimming

Description of Work: Treated for a really bad case of sooty black mold on all our trees. Approx 1 acre of treatment, just about every shrub and tree on my property was covered with the black mold. Texas Tree Team did soil injection and PHC Spray Application on all trees and shrubs. Very professional, fair and prompt. Will use again in the future.

Description of Work: Trim trees. Deep feed. Didn't show up on time. When they came back to finish service on another day they didn't ring the bell to let us know they were there or let us know they had completed the job.

Description of Work: The coupon offer was a bit misleading ($399 for Five-Labor-Hours of Tree Service). I read it as $399 for 5 hours of service but they explained to me that it was $399.00 per hour for 5 workers. There was another coupon offer from another company that was around $350.00 for 3 hours of work, which lead me to misinterpret the Texas Tree Team offer. There should be some uniform wording used in the coupon offers. It was not until the service time was provided, that I figured out there was something wrong. That is, when they finally gave me the time (2 to 4 PM arrival time), I figured out that they couldn't possibly do 5 hours of work in the afternoon. I was offered a refund when I called to cancel the work - because I was confused about the coupon offer.

Description of Work: Texas Tree Team was the lowest of 3 bids I received the final price was right at the estimate. | |They trimmed several trees over hanging my roof, cleared vines that went up a larger tree not to be removed and cleaned up a couple trees hanging over from a neighbors house and anything else they saw. They also grinded a stump and removed the tree that was there. | |Their stump grinder broke the day they were suppose to come out at another clients. When repaired they came back out to finish the job at no extra charge. | |I would definitely use them again and recommend to others!

Description of Work: Glen came out Monday 12 noon and we did a survey of our property discussed my requests and he said he would email me a quote in 30 minutes (Monday 12:30). On Wednesday I called the office requesting the quote and was told there must have been a glitch in the cloud based system because she could not see it so she would have to get it from him. I was led to believe that this would not take long. It is now Friday at 10:45 am and I still have not received the quote. I do not believe at this point that I will be doing business with them as I cannot believe what I am being told.

Description of Work: We called them as my husband wanted to do a deep root feeding of all the trees in our yard. The results were amazing and now we are on a service plan for them to come out in the spring and in the fall to treat the trees. Not only did it help the trees but it seem to also help generally the bushes and other landscaping in our yard.

Description of Work: They removed a rotting mimosa from the back yard. They also removed all debris and ground the stump. |We called on Friday, the owner came and gave an estimate on Monday, Memorial day. The crew came on Tuesday even though most of Houston was flooded. The work was done quickly and cleanly.
