We have lived in our home for over 20 years and have our trees trimmed regularly-mainly live oaks and a bradford pear. TexasTree Team provided the best service I have ever had. Trees look great-very professional job. I plan on using them again.

Texas Tree Team lived up to my expectations for professional arborists. After getting several bids, my husband and I chose Texas Tree Team not because it was the cheapest (it wasn't) but because we trusted they would carefully handle a live oak and post oak that had been a bit neglected by the previous owner of our home. We found Glen knowlegable and friendly, and his bid, which was professional and specific, came in very quickly. The team did the work exactly as specified, and left the worksite clean. For trees I want to keep, I would use Glen and his crew again in the future.

I did not use him because his bid was more expensive than others but I put that to the long distance he had to travel to get to my house.

Good. They came when I was at work & everything was super clean when I got home. Very satisfied.

Crew was efficient and did the work as requested, cleaned up and left the yard neat.

Decided to use a deal on Angie's List to get $200 of services for $99. Buying the coupon and setting up the appointment was very easy... Glen came out, looked over the work and gave me a good price. That afternoon, I was on the schedule and had a formal quote and writeup through email. The day of the work, the crew showed up on time (in very cold conditions!). They were very polite and professional. I showed tyhem the work and they proceeded to jump into motion! Within two (2) hours, all of the work had been completed and there was no evidence they had done anything in my (or my neighbor's) yard, other than the great looking tree! Chris H. and his crew should be commended on their customer service and technical skills! I would definitely utilize them again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

From an Angie's deal, requested quote. Attempts to get on same wavelength about various options to stay within my budget and deal become futile. Eventually went with another tree service company with better price even without Angie's deal.

The team was responsive. They setup a time to come and look at the tree. They emailed me the quote. They also honored the Angie's list coupon ($99 for $200 worth of tree work). They came on the day agreed upon and did an EXCELLENT job with my poor tree. I will definitly be calling them when I need it trimmed again.

I contacted the Texas Tree Team approximately 2 weeks before we scheduled the service. We had to do some moving around to get the date I wanted, but Glen was very helpful with that. The service team was supposed to arrive at 9am but I had to call Glen at 11 to see what the problem was. Apparently the work crews got their orders mixed up and went to another job first. Not a big deal but notification sooner would have been great. Because they arrived later then expected for my job, we had to reschedule the stump grinding. We rescheduled the stump grinding for a Friday - but the gentlemen showed up on Tuesday. Again, not a big issue - but it would be nice to know what's going on when so that we could have planned accordingly. But - great work, they worked quickly and cleaned up almost everything. I will use these guys again.

Glenn arrived within his two-hour appointment. Glenn walked the property assessing the trees while providing us his guidance on what actions they would take. He listened to our concerns and was able to address them in his proposal. He also informed me of their deep root feeding service and explained in detail. He did not "push" the sale of this service. He emailed his proposal with a graphic our property and tress with a detailed plan. He also included his insurance certificate and a list of references. We were able to schedule a day/time within a week of the estimate, and Glenn provided me the name of the foreman, William. William arrived on time with a crew to commence trimming. They started in the back per our request. Everything was trimmed per Glenn's assessment. His crew cleaned up all remnants of branches and leaves. William's team was courteous and professional. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would happily recommend and use their service again.

I solicited an estimate from Texas Tree Team after researching and finding that they used a certified arborist on jobs, and hired them based upon the arborist's recommendations at the initial service call. On the day of service, a crew came out but the arborist was not on site to direct their work. They asked me what I wanted to have done. This is WHY I consulted and hired the arborist! They got to work doing what they interpreted to be the arborist's wishes. They were rough with the trees, and let branches fall to the ground, scraping and scarring limbs on the way down (four months later, the bark still has not started to heal) which did not happen with the previouss tree trimming company I used. They damaged (and didn't trim the damage) on the bushes underneath. And when they went to clean up, they used a gas-powered blower that they found in my garage to blow leaves and small branches through my house (I do not have side yard access to the front from the backyard, so bringing things through the house to the backyard is commonplace around here). The deep root feeding happened without incident. The arborist took care of the job, and brought the hose through the house without incident. I was happy with this part of the job, and feel it was good for my trees.

There was a miscommunication on the first appointment for a quote. I called them to find out why they did not arrive. They sincerely apologized and we re-scheduled. Glenn called and then came out an hour earlier than appointment. Rough start, but worth it. Glenn was very knowledgeable, a very educated professional and gave great advice on what should be done for trimming. Listened to my concerns and addressed them with choices. I learned a lot from his experience. We took a conservative approach to the trimming, a ?customer trim? to preserve the beauty of the trees while also letting in more sunlight to preserve the grass in those very shady areas. Quote for trimming 4 trees, was the lowest of all the bids I received and he also gave a 10% discount on top of that. The quote was sent to me via email and was very professionally done. It even included a pictorial of the location of the trees to be trimmed with a detail description of what was to be done for each tree. They arrived on schedule to perform the tree trimming. As promised, Glenn was with the crew and gave specific instructions to his foreman, William. The whole crew worked in concert and was very serious about their work. They showed pride in their work and wanted to be sure that I was completely pleased with the work they did. They cleaned everything up as they worked and ground up all the limbs on the spot. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I would recommend them to anyone. I will call them again when I need tree service.

Glen Ginzel came to give me an estimate. He listened to what I wanted and was very informative about trimming and tree health. He also gave me a bit of advice about a fig tree and some ligustrums I am having problems with as well as some drainage issues around my big live oak. Glen's bid was the lowest I had gotten and because he had also been so knowledgeable I set the appointment. There was a mixup and they were not able come for the first appointment so I rescheduled. Since I had taken off work that day for the appointment, Glen took some off the bid to compensate me and I was satisfied. The next appointment the foreman, William, and his crew arrived on time, checked with me as to what I wanted and got to work. They were friendly and efficient and responsive to my questions. They cleaned up nicely before they left and I am very happy with the look of my trees as they did what was needed and didn't overdo it. I am very satisfied with Texas Tree Team and would use them again.

Scheduling the services was easy, Texas Tree Team waked us through the process step-by-step, provided clear time lines, were friendly and on time. It's been a while since I've done business with a company as professional and customer oriented as these folks! A+, would recommend them to anyone (and everyone!)

I couldn't have been more pleased. Glen Ginzel, the aborist, came and walked my 21/2 acre property with me, commenting on conditions, explaining his findings, and generally putting up with my ongoing and continuous questions in a very polite and professional manner. He spent quite a bit of time with me and my husband, leaving us very hopeful that we had taken the right steps at the right time of year to save our trees, as we had originally bought the property "to help the wildlife" here in Houston, and had lost several large old trees due to the severe drought last summer. Tony, the technician, was EXTREMELY competent, helpful, and friendly. He went over and beyond what was specifically "required" in the quote (which Glen had sent me via email on a Sat., his day off), leaving us feeling assured we had done all we could to save our little piece of wildlife habitat. He explained what the spray was, how it affected the trees and animals we have, what precautions to take for our other plants, and generally "held our hands", all the while working non stop from 9 to 5. What a company! I have told all my neighbors and family what a great experience I've had, and as they know what a bad experience I had with another company, we all are quite pleased that we have a company we can go to with confidence.GREAT JOB GUYS!

After a little difficulty scheduling, the applicator arrived and treated all the trees. Within 48 hours improvement was visible and now atfer 10 days they are dark green and thriving. We will have them return in the fall for a second feeding.

Took two tries. On first try, 8-person team arrived on schedule, apparently in a hurry, and did an unsatisfactory job. Did not appear to have job specifications prepared week before by Glen, the estimator and arborist. Called Glen back out and reviewed problem; all of which Glen agreed with and apologized. On second try, team arrived on schedule and finished the job satisfactorily. There appear to be problems in company work control, specifically communicating and executing job specifications according to plan. While disappointed with this experience, I was impressed by both Glen's attitude, willingness to get it right as well as previous experience with removal of major tree in front yard.

Had Texas Tree Team (Glen G.) come out and he was awesome. He diagnosed my tree foliage issue, and answered any and all questions I had. He did not make me feel rushed, and was very informative and knowledgeable. Used them for deep root feeding for $150 for 4 trees.

Mr. Ginzel returned my call the same day and set up an appointment the following day to to address my my concerns and assess our older ash tree. I was very impressed with his knowledge and detailed answs to my many questions. We were given three options and estimates, on the amount of work we would choose to have done. I felt the estimates were very fair and reasonable. The office staff kept us well informed.The crew arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up well , on the scheduled date. We are very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The gave an excellent price, showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do.

They came out in one afternoon and cut down 2, 50 ft. trees and ground the stumps. They left no mess to clean up.

Did a great job. Yard was clean and all the brush/limbs cleaned up.

Glen arrived on time for his appointment to give me an estimate for trimming two very mature oaks on our property and trimming a neighbor's hanging low over our roof. I also wanted to know about removing 3 sago palms. Glen was patient with my questions, took his time answering and made sure I understood. His team arrived (in uniforms) one week later and completed the work in about 2 hours. When they left, everything was done as promised. My home's lawn was cleaned of all branches and dirt smoothed over the "Sago" holes. Except for the improvement of the trees, you couldn't tell they'd been there. They even cut and stacked the wood from the trees for a neighbor!!! I would definitely hire them again and have no qualms whatsoever about recommending them.

They arrived on time both for the estimate and the actual work. The area with the trees is about 80% covered with flower beds and one of the trees was in a bed surrounded by Azaleas. I was naturally concerned with their ability to work without damaging anything but they did a great job with no damage to the plants. They also did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The whole process took about 3 hours from the time they arrived until they drove away. They were pleasant and professional. I am very pleased with the job they did and especially the price which was the lowest of several estimates.
