It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. We had to reschedule the appointment. I paid another $150 on top of the deal. Everything was fine.

Glen came out and looked at all trees on the property and made recommendations. He submitted a proposal, which we considered very reasonable for the number of trees to be pruned. The work was scheduled. The crew arrived on time and completed the work to my satisfaction.

Very professional interaction. Excellent results. Clean up was thorough. Great service. Then came back and fed the trees to ensure they did not suffer from the trimming.

Glen showed up on time and was very professional. He responded with a price quote within 24 hours and had his people working a couple of days later. Everything went great.

Great company and great work. We had Texas Tree Team come out and evaluate 2 large Live Oaks on our property. Their estimate was extremely fair and scheduling a date for the work to be performed was easy. I wasn't home when they did the trimming, but we had multiple comments from neighbors saying how fast & efficient the team was. They didn't leave so much as a twig on the ground when they left - full & professional cleanup, and the trimming job was very complete and thorough. We are very very pleased with them and will absolutely call again for any further work.

Overall I had a very positive experience and would hire them again. Glen was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He worked closely with me to figure some things out and was very thoughtful and responsive. The job appears to have been done well, save for a few stray branches and a stump I wish was cut just a bit shorter. But no real complaints on the work. The only complaint is that the work had to be rescheduled twice. Once was because it was raining, and I cannot fault them for that. But then it was delayed again, I guess because the heat knocked out a couple workers and they were behind schedule. It was a good month and a half from first contact to completion of work. Not entirely their fault, as it is a busy season I'm sure. I'm happy with how it all turned out.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and they did a good job. The only thing was that they didn't completely clean after themselves, but they got down a huge oak tree without any damage. We had to pay additional because of the size of the big oak. They gave us an estimate before doing the work. I sat on my balcony and watched them cut it down, and they tied down every limb, so it wouldn't damage anything, they were very professional, but they left this huge pile of sawdust.

They did an excellent and quality job. Their price is very reasonable for what they’ve did. They were very polite. They came and did the job. They just got down to business and took care of it. They are very nice.

Great end product. It was a little shaky with communication at first but they quickly corrected that and did a great job. The end result was better than we thought and are very satisfied.

My experience with them was okay, but it was not great. Two weeks later I saw an Angie's List special by them, in which they gave the same service for $150 less, so I really felt like I paid more than I needed to pay to just see it turn around and same service offered just a week or two later. The pruning service itself was fine. The cleanup was a little rough, because the trampled over one of the azaleas, anyway it was obviously rushed. They scheduled it, but then they did not show up so I called them and they had forgotten about it. So they had to split off a team to come to my house to stay on track and so they did it, but then I think they were rushed in the cleanup. I had to pay extra charges above the big deal I purchased. The arborist was conscientious, but he was not there on site when the crew came, so that is something that I would warn somebody of. Since I had to leave for work before they were done because they were running late I think that is part of the reason the cleanup was sloppy, as if I had been there I would not have let them be this sloppy as they were. I would recommend that the homeowner be on site for the pruning job.

l was very impressed with this company from my contact with Brittany in the office to my meeting with Glen to look at the job and get a quote to William and his crew who actually performed the work. Glen walked my property with me and answered my questions and made recommendations without pushing any of them on me. He gave me a quote for the work which was followed up by the written quote via email. The crew arrived on time and William introduced himself to me. They performed the work and left my property very clean. William walked with me to look at their work to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Everyone I came in contact with was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!

They're excellent, absolutely perfect. They did more than I though they were gonna do. They did not come right away and I called them a couple of times and didn't hear from them. He did come right out and looked at my trees. He said he was gonna do it and told me exactly what the $99 for $200 worth of service was. He didn't call me back then I was really worried and he finally called me back and said "I'm so sorry I called the wrong number to get an appointment with you. It's totally my fault, I apologize and I want to give you much more tree trimming than you paid for." They came in and absolutely probably doubled what he had originally told me he could do for $200. He did two gigantic trees that just needed massive trimming. He sent about 8 guys out and they were here for quite a while. I would recommend that company to anybody.

I had three companies provide quotes and with the Angies list coupon Texas Tree Team had the best price and was the only company that had a certifeid arborist. The job was executed as scheduled and the trees look great! Will use again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone else who needs tree service.

Glen, the arborist and salesman, gave a fair estimate and had his crew do the work. They did a great job!

The service worked out fine. The only bad thing was that they showed up on the day that they said they were going to at 9.30 in the morning, but when I came back from work, all the tree trims were still sitting in my yard, and they stayed there overnight, because they weren't picked up until the next morning. I called and they said that it is not normal for that to happen, and they apologized, but it was not good.

All went well. Very happy with the work.

This was a big job and I could not be happier with the results and the price. The crew showed up on time, was very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up the considerable amount of debris, taking all of it with them. The supervisor monitored the crew and kept me informed. They shaped and thinned the trees, taking out dead limbs and raising the canopies. I am most happy with my Holly trees, since I like to keep them trimmed like Christmas Trees. The crew let me "supervise" every cut and were very pleasant/tolerant about my hovering. I can recommend the Texas Tree Team without reservation and will use them again.

The initial meeting with the arborist at the property was fine. The issue was with the work crew that came out 2 weeks later - they went to my primary residence and not the work site. They proceeded to remove two large limbs off my 60 year old oak trees. It wasn't until they spoke with the owner of Texas Tree Team on a question they had about the job that they realized they were at the wrong property. In the meantime, I was waiting at the work site for the work crew to prune the pine tree. An hour after their scheduled appointment time I was concerned when they had not yet shown up and went to call the company. Glen, the company owner/arborist had earlier left me a voice message stating there was a question on the scheduled work. I returned his call and was told there was a mix up on the work site when the job was scheduled and the crew had actually gone to my primary residence. He further explained that they removed two tree limbs that were hanging over my house but according to his guy/supervisor they showed signs that they should have been removed and the work they performed was comparable in price to what I had paid for the pine tree work. I was upset for many reasons and still can't understand how any of this happened. The arborist/owner was able to show up at the right location,I specifically gave the work site address versus my credit card billing/ primary residence to the office manager when I scheduled the initial vist, and there is a huge difference between a property that has one pine tree versus a property that has 2 large old oak trees! Additionally, I had just met with another arborist who has maintained my oak trees for the last 10 years and agreed on the prunning that was needed - his recommendation was to reduce the weight on the limbs overhanging my roof by selective prunning which would allow the limbs to lift. There was absolutely no reason for the oak tree limbs to be removed. Given all that has happened, I would not use this company in the future. Clearly there are defficiencies in their procedures that could prevent these types of mistakes but, unfortunately, once the deamage is done it cannot be repaired or replaced.

The arborist, Mr. Ginzel, was punctual on the first visit, and he was courteous and professional. I had some difficulty in getting the work done, however, as the first appointment was rescheduled (3 technicians had called in sick), but I was not contacted until 30 minutes before they were to show (between 4 & 6). It was rescheduled for 8 days later between 11:30 & 1:00. The day prior they called to confirm and said they would come between 2 & 4. They never showed, nor was I contacted. In their defense, they called 4 days after the first appointment with an opening but by the time I returned their call it had been taken. The work was done today, earlier than the scheduled time of 2 to 4 (I returned home at 1:45 and they had already left). I emailed Mr. Ginzel on Sunday (the day after they did not show or call) and related this series of events. He took the time to reply in an email, and in detail, the reasons why they were having problems with scheduling. I admire and appreciate his response because it showed that they care about pleasing their customers; he offered a refund and even free root feeding. Even though I had difficulty with scheduling, I would use them again solely due to the fact that they were concerned about the problem and took steps to rectify it. They did a great job and the tree looks nice; most importantly, it is not touching the roof and shouldn't for a long time.

They surprise me they came out two hours early had a seven man crew completed the job in a hour cleaned up the yard trees look great I would definitely use them again

The process was very professional and positive. We scheduled the first visit to a**** the work and the condition of our trees. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. Once we agreed on the scope of work, the appointment was scheduled and the crew came out and completed the work, exactly as specified. The crew were quick and left a very clean yard as well. Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire process.

Did a good job... some of the finer details needed redoing so I needed to pull them back out of the truck just before the left... but they did it with a smile on their face.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went good. The trees looked great, well-trimmed and clean.

A bit more expensive than I expected but they did a good tree trimming and clean up after.
