I contacted this company based on Angie's List and asked if they moved trees and was advised that they did so I set up an appointment for April 17th between 8 - 10 a.m. At 10:30 a.m. I contacted them and was told they left me a message indicating that they were wrong. No one from this company left me a message, as they were dealing with my company not my home. They gave me another phone number to call which was not longer in service. I would not use this company as they lie and are unprofessional and by other comments don't show up but Customers continue to give them chance after chance. This is not have you do business. They have lost our companies business.

It didn't go at all for obvious reasons. Angie's list mistakenly listed them in my area. Angie's list has called me 3 times to ask if I would leave a review. Angie's list has review pop-ups when I go online. So, here is my review. If it were a review of Angie's list customer service, it would be straight F's, but I don't want to give this tree service company a bad review.

I called to schedule an estimate and the person who answered was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled the estimate for the following week, but the person came out before then and emailed the price. I then called to schedule the serve. They came when they were supposed to and did an excellent job. We had the trees trimmed the year before and within a few months you couldn't even tell they'd been trimmed. Texas Tree Team did a great job thinning and lifting the canopy and removing dead branches. The clean-up was also well done. Thanks for a great job!

Easy company to work with; prompt and professional. Appreciated their honoring the first service treatment with Angie's pre-purchased deal even though I misunderstood what I bought exactly! I'm using them for ongoing treatment of my crepe myrtles.

We had a difficult time connecting mostly because of my schedule. The 1st appointment was cancelled because it was raining. When we finally met, I was pleased with the evaluation/diagnosis. I didn't feel that I was being sold unneeded services. A proposal of the services we agreed upon was emailed to me promptly and some items regarding price that were unclear to me were clarified and a revised proposal was sent via email. An appointment for a Spring Deep Root Feeding of my oak tree is scheduled for April 21, 2014 and a 2nd will follow in the fall. 5-12-14 A technician came on the day scheduled. He notified me that he was there, showed me the work order and spent more than an hour injecting fluids over the entire front and side yards.Today, 3 weeks after the application, I cannot really see a difference in the tree, but the grass is a deep green in numerous small areas where the injections were made. These areas are small and close together and I am expecting that they they will eventually grow in circumference and merge. I am very pleased with the service so far. A 2nd deep root feeding will be done in the fall. A date has not been set.

We had an appointment for someon to come and look at the work that we want to get done but nobody showed up. I called the company the next day and they appologiezed and we rescheduled. This time he came punctual and the work was also done at the time that we had agreed on. I would have liked to get more advice about the tree service, like, how many branches can be cut without hurting the tree. Afterwards I've thought, that I would have liked to have had some more branches removed, to let more light into the front yard and the rooms. the work was done professional, everything was clean and neat after they have performed their work, the workers were nice and friendly. No complaints.

Texas Tree Team services went well. They gave us the proper recommendations. They were professional. I don't have anything negative to say. They were good.

The whole crew was great. They had an arborist come out and look at all our trees and give suggestions on what they could do and then provided a quote that same day. The following Saturday a crew of about 6 workers came and did all the work in about three - four hours. They left the place as clean as it was before they came. They even trimmed back a tree that was hanging into my yard and house from a neighbors yard.

The oak tree had not been pruned since it was planted in October 2001. They even trimmed the rest of our trees for an additional $50.00. The entire crew was professional and were finished very quickly and did a great job cleaning up. The arborist who came out to give a quote on the job was very friendly and gave a consise plan of what would be done and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Got (so far) 3 estimates for trimming 2 large ash trees in my yard & so far Texas Tree Team is the lowest. They e-mailed an estimate with details of what is covered and what access they'll need. Quick (within 10 days of my original request) and professional.

Everything went very well. They came on time and they do good work. They are very knowledgeable about pests and proper treatments.

They were punctual, they arrived on time, he was very profesisonal and gave me a lot of good information.

Texas Tree Team rescheduled my appointment twice within a one month period stating that they were busy because of weather conditions. An estimator did arrive to preview the work to be performed and made notes to give to the tree team crew. The team arrived on the scheduled day and did take out the dead wood from our trees as requested; however, the crew left dead branches and debris in the front and back yards, flower beds and driveway that should have been raked up and hauled away with the rest of the large limbs that had been removed. It was obvious what had been left behind, as I had personally mowed, raked, and cleaned the yard the day prior to their arrival. In addition, the crew broke a glass pane from our outside gas lamp from a falling limb and failed to tell me about it. When I called, the company sent out one of their managers to visit with me. He looked over the work and was apologetic. He stated that the company was too busy to send their crew out at that time to clean up the remaining tree debris, and it would be a week before they could return. He offered to discount the service and to work to replace the broken light fixture glass, which they did two weeks later. Overall, this company failed to take care of their basic job - cutting, trimming, and clearing trees. They had nice people, but failed to do the job in an even basic manner. The only part of the process or job that was up to professional standards was that their phone receptionists were courteous, and their estimator and manager were easy to deal with once on my property. The actual work performed was not close to what should be expected for a basic tree trimming job and clean up.

I had good experience with them. They were prompt. They worked quickly. They did a very good job of cleaning up all of the branches that fell to the ground.

An appointment was set for an inspection of the trees by Glen their Arborist. He provided the estimate and proposed work to be done and proof of insurance via email. Glen also answered a few questions I had. Following that, an appointment was scheduled to do the trimming The team arrived, did the work and cleaned up. Very professional!

They were very responsive, professional and worked quickly. Would definitely recommend them to others.

First off I have no problem with the quality of service and the technicians involved. The only issue is the pricing. I signed for the $199 tree service special, to have two trees trimmed, (one in the front and one in the back yard). When the representative arrived, he checked the trees and quoted me $300.00 for the job (the special states $199 for $400 of tree service).. I then told him that i had the Angie's List Deal. When I got the bill, it was for $300.00.

I have a pecan tree in the back corner section of my 1/2 acre lot that is still living but in poor condition. I did not want to remove the tree because of the shade it provides. The arborist came and we discussed options, and we decided the best option was to remove a heavy lower limb. There was concern regarding the stability of the tree due to decay in the trunk of the tree, but the workers found a way to remove the lower limb and keep themselves safe by tying to a nearby healthy tree. They did a great job. Absolutely no complaints.

The guy that came out was great. He really explained to me what he was doing. They were right on time.

It went very well. The first time they came out they just did the trimming. They were timely and they did s good job cleaning up, especially, considering how many trees they trimmed. The arborist who came out to give the estimates was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and really worked with me to answer all questions. Everybody I spoke with at Texas Tree Team were great.

They did exactly what they promised when it was scheduled.

The crew was great and very fast. We are calling them back this year for tree reshaping.

He emailed me a very professional proposal for the job. Although I did NOT use this service, they were very professional and I would consider using them in the future. If you are looking at getting ANY TREE SERVICE, take a look at this company but, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you take the time to get 4-5 ESTIMATES!! The price ranges are extreme!

Everything went well. They removed the palm tree and ground out the stump so it's not visible above the soil line at all. They didn't damage any of the surrounding plants and cleaned up after themselves. They hauled away all of the branches from both the palm and the live oak. We were both pleased with the work they did. The people we worked with were professional and pleasant. They discussed the merits of trimming the tree vs. total removal and made sound recommendations. We're glad that we had the palm removed. The job did cost us more than we anticipated. I purchased a deal for $200 worth of work and it was an additional $325 beyond that.

Went well...here on time, efficient, good clean up.
