I noticed a white substance on one of my oak trees and immediately looked up tree care providers on the list. It was after 5 p.m. and only one of the three providers I chose was available. The pleasant girl took my information and said the company would call me the next day. When they didn't call back, I called the next number on my list, Texas Tree Team. Lisa was very pleasant as she asked me about the tree. She explained the price of service call and that it would be next week. I agreed but before we arranged the service, she asked me a few more questions about the tree. I walked outside to examine the tree. She told me it was probably bark lice and that I didn't need a service call. She told me to look it up online and call back if what my tree had didn't look like the pics online. I did and what my tree has is bark lice. She could have had the arborist come out, collect the $50 fee to tell me the same thing. I am very grateful for their honesty. Not many companies display that type of integrity. So even though I didn't use their services, I will definitely call them if I need any tree service!!

They came in early & finished the project in one day, including hauling off all of the debris. I'm very pleased with this company & would certainly recommend them.

Work was done well. The trees look fantastic and they cleaned up the yard well.

They did a good job. Scheduling was fairly easy. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up well. It was a good experience, but there was an additional cost that I wasn’t expecting due to vagueness in the Deal.

There were no troubles with scheduling. The people with Texas Tree Team were fine. However, we weren’t happy with the contractors that they hired for the work. They really made a mess. They completed all of the work in one day. One of the things they needed to do was to drill out the tree stumps. When they completed that, they shot mud all over the house and patio. They were supposed to treat one of the trees, but they never came to do so. We would not hire them again because of this.

Highly responsive and prompt with professional service team. Will only use these guys when needing tree trimming.

I was worried that some of my trees could be dangerous. One pecan in back was always dropping branches on the deck when there was wind or storm. Some of the branches could have been dangerous. Last night there was a storm around 1 or 2 am. This morning, my deck was clean- no branches or debris. My neighbor across the street had a huge branch blocking his driveway this morning. It is thankful no one was in the way. All I can say is that the pruning on Monday seems to have achieved its result and making my property safe. Therefore, I am satisfied with the result.

Overall, it went well. We had them trim and feed several trees. The end result looks nice so we’d have them back out.

Wonderful company! William (the foreman) showed up, as planned and on time with 9 guys and all of the equipment. The work was done 15 days after the estimate was given. This was a very jolly group, well-mannered and polite. They accomplished all of the work as stated, quickly and neatly; a few guys to trim, a few guys to haul and a couple for the chipper. It took an unbelievable 1 1/2 hours! I am really impressed with this company and will definitely be calling them back again. We have a silver maple that is trying to tell us that it's about to die. I will be calling Glen when that time comes. Can't say enough about the efficiency of this company! We are more than pleased!

It was very good. They brought in a fairly very large crew so it was done very quickly. They were able to ground the stamp out on the tree that they removed. They were the only company who said could do that, all the other company said they could not do that.

I let the coupon expire and it was past the 6 months date. When I called them, they still honored the deal for me and I really appreciated that. I had a big limb that broke off a tree in my back yard. Part of it was attached to the tree; they came and took that out and trimmed the tree. They also did some other trimming of trees too. They were here for about an hour and a half. They sent out an arborist, prior to the job; he scouted and evaluated the job. He was very professional and he was also very knowledgeable too. Then I had the work done.

I called Texas Tree Team to obtain a quote for removing a tree that had fallen. Their foreman came out to my house and gave me a quote of $550 if he did it that day - but said it would cost more if he had to come back and do it a different day. I asked how much more - he said a lot more. I again asked how much more - he said $650. I told him that I would get back with him. I never called him back, because I was very unhappy with the way he handled this. I didn't appreciate being put on the spot and making a spontaneous decision to have him do it that day for the cheaper amount.

Everything went as well as I can imagine. Glen came very promptly to do a thorough estimate, and helped me understand how I should treat the many trees on my property. Though he did sell me on a few things, like the Cambistat, I was grateful for his honesty and knowledge and never felt like he was upselling me for the company's good. I got several estimates, and Texas Tree Team was extremely competitive, though I had one quote about $100 cheaper. They were also the most confident and clear about the services we should perform. I wasn't home when they did the work, and there was no sign of them whatsoever, except for the work itself. They were clean, quick, and extremely professional. Their office staff is also very helpful.

Overall o.k. The bushes were not trimmed to my liking and I had to point out areas they had missed.

Trimming was awesome. The palm trees were difficult and they did a beautiful job. Husband wanted one tree cut back a little bit more and they returned within several days to do so. Would have come sooner but it was raining. Followed up the day of to determine if we were satisfied with the work. Will definitely use again.

They said it will take 6 hours to do this difficult job. Two large trees between two houses with a power line between the houses. After 6 hours they had the job finished....very impressed with their crew, very professional.

Absolutely amazing service! An arborist came to my home and looked over the trees to determine the appropriate limbs to trim. He helped estimate the future size of the tree and how to maximize growth. He looked at and asked about the other neighborhood trees to determine soil content and recommended the root feeding program. He scheduled both the date of the tree trimming based on my schedule and theirs (no one was required to be home) and the root feeding (based on optimum recommended feeding schedules). On the day the tree trimming was scheduled, the team came out and cut the branches based on the plan. They were careful not to scrape, hit or damage the vehicle in the driveway nor the facia of my home. A few days later a team came and removed the branches. Root feeding had to be rescheduled due to unexpected equipment maintenance, but I received a call immediately and the appointment was rescheduled quickly. Again, I did not need to be there for the treatment. The rescheduled date was met. Billing was exactly what was agreed upon, no hidden charges, no extras. I received the final invoice via email and was able to call in the payment. Everyone was very nice and accommodating! I have recommended their service to several friends and I will continue using them for future root feedings. Thank you very much!

The team was professional and courteous, and despite running into some unforeseen problems, they did all work that was promised for the quoted price. One of the large vines was overlooked on their first visit, but when we let them know they took care of the problem within a couple of days.

I purchased the Big Deal, they came out and provided me with an estimate. They worked around my time schedule.

It went fine. Only problem was due to the fact that I had not checked with other tree companies about the limits of their service. It left me feeling unsure because they had certain limits to the job they would do. What they did was great but I don't know if the tree should have been trimmed higher and whether other companies would have trimmed smaller branches. "They were not within reach"??

They did a great job and took care of everything as requested. They worked me into their schedule to complete the work due to a potentially dangerous situation. Their pricing was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal!

We are vey happy with Glen (the certified arborist) and with the office staff. They have handled our request in an efficient manner and have been very professional and courteous. Glen provided us with a detailed estimate of the work to be done, also provided proof of insurance along with the estimate. The work to be done was outlined in detail and presented in a professional manner. We look forward to a long business relationship with Texas Tree Team.

We have used them in the past to work on our trees and decided to call them again for two trees in our back yard that were getting out of control. I contacted them to schedule an appointment and they were able to send the arborist Glen out while I was at work. He sent a proposal the next morning for the trimming that was recommended. He mentioned that their schedule was very full this time of year but when Brittany from their main office was able to schedule us for a day the same week to help work around our trip out of town. This is the second time we have used Texas Tree Team and it is so nice to work with a professional company that is not afraid to be honest and deliver as promised! We recommend them to our friends and will use them in the future.
