I needed a structural engineer's guidance on where and how to beef up my attic space for a possible additional living space in my 1928, original shiplap house. He came out, inspected the attic and crawl space, and wrote a report that said the rafters were inadequate for the house, nd he didnt feel confident that more than three people should be in the house during a windy day? Additionally, he felt that the original hardwoods, which are still here, were too heavy a load for the pier and beam foundation. I had an inspector, a foundation specialist, and a contractor come out: told me the foundation couldnt be more solid, the roof rafters and attic floor joists would need to be beefed up to handle the additional weight. All this guidance from professionals who do this every day, and they didnt charge me anything. I paid over $1300 for a report I cant use, nor did it tell me ANYTHING I didnt know! ZERO communication as well, and wont respond to any of my calls/emails! not professional!

My sister and niece hired this company to draw up some simple plans for a fire road the county of Hemet required after they built a metal shop in the back of their property. After 100?s of phone calls, emails and letters and over a year now they have received nothing. Every time they called they were promised plans and nothing came and now they can?t even get in touch with anyone after paying them $5000. We are done with them and going to file a lawsuit for our money back and pain and suffering my sister endured from the stress of this fake company.

Horrible experience. We have been calling since before Christmas. They came out about 3 weeks ago and charged us again. Their plans were not correct, work cannot be started. The project is delayed. Tried to got to their office. The office were were directed to in the building told us they were locked. out. We get no response to our many calls and emails.
