Very timely/same day service. Technician had to get in attic to clean out a very difficult clogged drain that was backing up into double sink.

I needed a repair to my sewer line which was discovered to have a crack in the pipe (revealed by camera). I had solicited 4 quotes from different vendors and the prices ranged from $1822 (with 10% Angies List coupon) to as high as $4700! The high quote did not even include repairing the concrete, so in reality it would have been closer to $5000. I chose Texas Quality Plumbing for both their excellent reviews and reasonable price. Communication with them was easy and they offered a quote after I sent pictures and a description of what I needed done. The guys showed up on time, performed the work in two days (with a rain delay) and then removed the old materials and cleaned up the area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work at a reasonable price.

Called Saturday morning to fix the water leak. Promised to come between 3.00 to 5 PM and showed up at 3.05 PM. Fixed the water leak problem. Prompt service at reasonable price.

Texas Quality Plumbing was easy to work with from the start. They are quite responsive in terms of bidding and answering the phone. The service team showed up on time and had the required materials on board the truck. Further, I had one minor issue which they followed up on until the work was done. I am quite pleased to see a company stand behind their work product and provide continuing customer service in a positive way. I will also note the plumbers were very meticulous about leaving a clean worksite--they even went back into the hot attic to remove debris and trash left by some other contractors. When removing the old water heater, Texas Quality Plumbing came with a very large bag to ensure the old water heater didn't drip or leave carpet stains--this is something I really appreciate as past plumbers didn't provide such service. In terms of price, I paid exactly what was quoted and nothing more. Thank you Texas Quality Plumbing.

I did a lot of research on plumbers and out of the half dozen plumbing companies with the best overall ratings TX Quality Plumbing not only the highest rating, but they were the least expensive as well. They showed up on time and immediately got to work. It took them about 5 hours to complete the job. The guys were very professional and friendly. After they inspected everything the head plumber told me that he was concerned about my pipes (galvanized and over 40 years old) and that they will eventually need to be replaced. He was especially concerned with the piping that comes out of the water heater and if nothing else I should replace those for now. I agreed and they came back out the next day and replaced the pipes. So for replacing my 50 gal water heater, replacing two pipe, several feet each, running a new drain line from the attic to the outside cost me $1,600. Even with the extra unexpected cost they still beat everyone else's price for just the water heater replacement. They also gave me a ballpark estimation on how much it would cost me to replace all my pipes based on 3 1/2 bath house and the price they quoted me was so much less then what I was expecting based on other peoples horror stories. I will be using them for that big job as well!!

I am very happy with the service provided by Texas Quality Plumbing. I did not know them and picked them randomly from the Best Pick Report I received in mail. I needed to have my nearly 20-year old water heater replaced ASAP because it had started leaking. I called Texas Quality Plumbing on Saturday morning and by about 2 PM I had a new 40-gallon gas water heater installed in the attic. They offered very reasonable price and did a professional job. I recommend anyone in north and northwest Houston who has a plumbing job to seriously consider giving it to Texas Quality Plumbing.

I thought they had a good price because they not only replaced the water heater but also relocated it from the kitchen to the attic. I thought that the work that they did was also good since they put in the drain line appropriately. I asked them to have an extra connection to connect the drain hose directly to the drain line and they did that. Overall it went well though there was a little misshapen when somebody's leg came through the ceiling but they brought somebody out the very next day and made the repairs so everything clicked back to the normal state.

Their technician came in just on time. After a few test of the pilot lighting, that technician told me the thermal couple need to be replaced and guided me to order the part directly from American Water Heater for about $32 (including shipping). When I asked him how much it will charge to get it replaced, he said he need to talk with his boos. And finally he give me a quote of $199, which is way too much compared to what I have learned on line. So I decided to pay their service call and would like to find another one to replace it. However, a simple trying by myself following a video guide from Youtube just light up the water heater without any problem. And so far, after a few circle of test by creating high usage of hot water, it just works fine! I really wish I have done a better home work before calling in the service. I had a feeling that either that technician is not professional enough or I have been cheated some how.
