The results were excellent. I had a straight gas valve and a long flexible gas supply line with loops in it that led to a water heater. To remove the loops, I purchased a 90-degree valve and shorter gas supply line. I then hired Texas Premier Plumbing to install the new valve and flexible supply line. Texas Premier Plumbing aligned the new gas valve handle to face the operator and be easily accessible. The new shorter flexible gas line is loop free. A sealant was placed on the threads of the gas plumbing to prevent any gas leaks. Pictured is the old gas line prior to the installation of the shorter gas line. As you can see, the old gas line was too long. The new gas line, which I purchased is shorter and loop-free.

The price was as quoted, the crew was on time and always responsive, the work was done quickly and professionally and I am very satisfied with the experience. We had to call them back out that same day to check the drip pan alarms and they came right back out and addressed the issue. Would definitely hire this team again!

Replaced my water heater. Every part of the experience was good. They came quickly, did the work quickly, and all is in good order. Good work at a fair price. I'd recommend to anyone.

Ben answered my call very courteously and very helpfully. Fortunately they has a slot open after 1 pm. I explained that I wanted to replace the water heater and the I would like one with a long warranty (12 years). he advised me to go for a 6 year one because the device itself is the same and the price difference wasn't worth it. Ben called me to check if they could come earlier. Ben and Leo arrived quickly already with a new Water heater. their work was very careful and flawless. The water heater was installed very well and to my surprise, the area was spotless after they finished the job. I asked Ben for help fixing a faucet and replacing another as well. Ben and Leo went out of their way to help me, always very polite, clean and willing. it was superb. they've gotenas a customer for life!

When I moved into my home 10 years ago, it had a brand new gas fireplace that I could never get to work. Since then I have had a number of people come in to check it but could never get it working. I decided to try to find a plumber on Angie's List to check it out. I took advantage of a special offer for a service call with Texas Premier Plumbing. Ben came out last week and checked it. He thought it may be the key valve not letting enough gas through. He gave me a quote and I agreed. He returned this week to do the work and found it was actually a blockage in the pipe. He advised that the key valve didn't need to be replaced after all, saving $100 in the original quote. I now have a functioning fire place and am very happy

Manny was the plumber who came to the house. He looked under the tub upstairs and let water run to see if any water was leaking. He could not see or feel any water. The roof of the half bath felt dry as well. He explained to me that the only other way to check for leaks was to cut a whole in the half bath ceiling. We were debating whether that was a good idea. He then called his boss, Ben, and the two of them decided it might be better to wait and keep an eye on the ceiling to look for any changes before undergoing an expensive ceiling repair. The charge for the visit seemed somewhat high to me ($125.00) because where I live such first calls are cheaper or deducted from the price of the work if any needs to be done. Manny did write on the receipt that my son will have a $29 coupon for a next visit. He is a pleasant man and seemed to know a great deal about plumbing.

It's unfortunate that there isn't a score higher than an A. Texas Premier Plumbing provided arrival updates, an accurate repair estimate upon arrival, had parts available in their truck, and promptly executed the repairs without delay. The courtesy, professionalism and consideration exhibited by all at Texas Premier Plumbing, from the representative who scheduled the appointment to the plumbers who performed the work, are rare in today's climate. We added the drain clearing after they repaired the toilet. They added a few more dollars to the overall cost, and completed the added work while still onsite. Exceptional firm in a business sector that is perceived to charge inflated or hidden costs. Retained contact information so I may contact again for all future plumbing issues. Highly recommended.

Great! The bath/shower has been used every day for several days and sees to be working well.

Advised me to go to manufacturer to attempt to get replacement because fixtures of that quality and price usually have lifetime guarantees. Didn't try to upsell me anything. Replaced outdoor faucet quickly and with high-quality faucet. Happy with interaction and with job performed. Will definitely use them in the future for plumbing needs. Ben was a credit to his company.

Great! They were speedy and professional, and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and why. Suggested instead of repairing the drywall they had to cut open I put in an access panel instead, to make access easier in the future.
