I truly wish giving 0 stars was an option, and I have waited 4 full days to write this because I was giving them time to make it up to me. However, I have still heard nothing. My water heater is broken, and I spoke to someone on Friday afternoon 11/2 to schedule a plumber. The man I spoke with arranged for a plumber to visit me from 2-5pm on Saturday the 3rd. My nephew's birthday party was scheduled for 5pm and I realized that scheduling during that time frame was a risk, but I have no hot water and decided I'd take the risk of missing it. Fast forward to Saturday, and no one ever showed up or called me. I called 7 times over the 3 hour period, and it just went straight to their voicemail. I left 2 messages, one of which I was so angry I was physically shaking, and nobody ever called me back. A few of the times I called I selected the option to speak to a technician, which just rang and rang until it disconnected. When 5pm came around, I figured I needed to still stay home in case someone showed up so I wouldn't miss them, and that never happened. There was absolutely ZERO communication on whether anyone was coming at all, and ZERO way to get in touch with whoever was on duty on Saturday. I cannot put into words how much I do NOT recommend Texas Premier Plumbing. If you want to sacrifice a full day of waiting, cancel whatever you had planned for that day, hearing nothing, not being able to contact the technician, and never getting a response to your 2 voicemails, then by all means these are the right guys for you!

The quality of the work was very high. The main water shutoff valve was replaced and the price was way better than other highly rated plumbers that I obtained a quote from. I’ll be using this company for future plumbing needs.

What a terrific plumbing service. I had a broken toilet which would not flush properly. They arrived and were able to fix the problem quickly and didn't even charge me! However, the problem was that the mechanism was simply degraded and it was just a matter of time before the toilet had to be replaced entirely. And of course - when the time came I had them come do it. They were fast, responsive, collaborative, and did a perfect job. The price was very reasonable. They even helped me pick a reliable but low cost new toilet. I would hire anytime and recommend to a friend or family member.

BAD experience. Called them at 5:30 PM (the hours that they have listed by Angies list are 7am-10pm). They said they could come in an hour(and they did). After looking at the job (my son in law had already dug up the ground around the leak) they initially quoted $850 but after "calling the boss" they came down to $680. They replaced a fitting and less than 1 ft of PVC pipe. The work took 45 min (6:50 pm to 7:35 pm). Even allowing for travel time (PVC pipe and fitting cost is negligible compared to $680) that is $388/hr. I understand that this was unscheduled but it was within the business hours. they quote on Angie's List....that's why I called them. They knew they had us over a barrel with a 2 year old and 4 year old in the house. They took maximum advantage of that to soak us. Bottom line is that I can no longer trust Angie's List "A" rating.......these guys were definitely an F That was quite an impertinent and inaccurate response to my original review. You mis-stated some facts and avoided addressing others. 1) How is it an "emergency" repair if it was within the stated business hours on Angie's List (7am-10pm)...I called at 5:30 pm 2) It was not a "free estimate"......you were going to charge $75 callout service fee if my daughter chose not to use you 3) My son in law had dug out and exposed the leak. It looks like you dug about less than 2 sq ft additional 4) Even with an "emergency" call....$388/hr is an exhorbitant fee 5) The bill my daughter got was not itemized.....hiding something? You did what people do when you had my daughter over a barrel BTW....I had used you last year at my home and gave you an A rating. Based on recent experience you're still an F

My drain was backing up, so I called Texas Premier and they said they could be out to the house within an hour. Ben promptly arrived, took a look and said it just needed to be snaked and that there was a special Angie's list price. After he worked for a while he said that the clog was much further down the pipe than his on-truck snake could reach and that he would be back with the right tool. Less than thirty minutes later he returned with he new tool and finished the job. To my pleasant surprise, he honored the original special even though he needed more specialized tools. Very professional, very prompt, and a great price for the service. I will definitely be using texas premier in the future

Ben came and was able to remove the plug by blowing into the drain pipe! No charge!!

Ben was very professional. He had his crew out here early in the morning. They didn't just repair the line they replaced it completely. When they unearthed the city main line they found a problem where the city did a poor job connecting my line to the city sewer. For a very nominal fee they replaced the "crappy" (Ha,Ha) seal the city used. The grass is growing already over the new line. Thanks Ben!!

It was actually a much more difficult fix than you might expect (partly because of the mess the A/C company made and partly because of the layout of the piping in our home). But the plumbers fixed it competently. They were very professional and friendly; they kept everything clean; and they took care of our floors and cabinets.

Rubin and Leo identified the problem. Rubin and Leo were VERY professional and VERY informative. I was impressed with the speed of the response. I was so impressed with the service from the two gentlemen that I made sure Ruben wrote their names on the work order. I need service at my primary residence and I am requesting Rubin and Leo.

I did check reviews for this plumbing company. None mentioned Royal Flush Plumbing or showed any high or unfair costs. My receipts stated both Royal Flush Plumbing and Texas Premier Plumbing. Something strange is going on here with two names. In addition, I was charged at max. I was charged $1174 for fixing a fill valve, an angle stop, snake a small sink drain, replace shower cartridge, shower handle. Oh yea, this was after a senior citizen discount of $131 and not a new shower handle. He said a new handle would be more, like $250, if needed. I checked and these standard costs were all max charges. We usually do our own plumbing. We could not this time. This cost is ridiculous! We too are trying to survive.

The job went smoothly and Ben was very informative of the process.

Today, I met Ben J. He was the most professional plumber that I have met. He explained in detail the issues. He took care of the problem and I was able to get back to work in no time. I would totally recommend Texas Premier Plumbing and ask for Ben! :-)

They will not return phone calls, it's been months. I pre paid thru Angie's list, Harvey Hit so I understood that work would be delayed and people were in much dire staits then myself, I've called the listed number several times and left messages, they will not call back I've paid them $60.00 is it time for the BBB?

It was a pleasure from beginning to end. Iris was very responsive when scheduling the appointment. Thomas arrived on time and put in extra work installing the water heater due to a smaller door. Our old water heater would not drain through the bottom do to mineral build up so they found a way to get it done and remove it. Thank you guys for all your help!

Ben with Texas Premier Plumbing was punctual and quick to respond to my call. He saw that I was handy so he worked with me to diagnose the problem. With his help I realized it was a simple fix (a drain clog) and so decided to fix it myself. Ben didn't have a problem with that, charging me just for the service call. Very satisfied, and I'll call these guys again if I need a plumber.

Ben and his team are the ultimate professionals. He and his team have done several jobs for my home previously, and he is prompt, courteous, and most important, very good at what he does. He and his team helped troubleshoot and repair an elusive leak in the master shower wall, replaced two toilets, and replaced two sink faucets. The work was very high-quality, they cleaned up after they were done, and Ben answered all of my questions with a calm patience. I would happily use Texas Premier Plumbing again, and I can only hope that it would be Ben and his talented team answering the call once again. Thanks again, Ben!

Ben and his coworkers have done work for me on three occasions. In each case I was completely satisfied with their work, our interaction, and their prices. They were also quick to suggest ways to cut costs. I will hire them again whenever I need plumbing help. They have my highest recommendation.

Thomas came out and was extremely helpful. I was afraid I would have to wait days for someone to come out because so many pipes burst in the freeze in our neighborhood. They were able to come out within just a few hours and completed the job at a fair price and quickly. Even had them check on an extra leak inside and they were very nice to fix it for me even though it was an additional issue I hadn't put in the original call. They will be my go-to plumbers for now on.
