Terrible!! Never again...
Description of Work: The plumber did not know anything about connecting existing water softener. He took the connections I had ordered from Sears (since it was Sear's water softener) for which I had paid over $75.00. He was going to contact us within a week. It has been over six weeks and has not returned. I have a feeling he returned the original parts, which were in the box shipped by Sears, and pocketed the money. By sending such unscrupulous "professionals" or thieves, you are tarnishing image of your own company. Then, the young fellow rushed to the main bathroom and gave me a ridiculous estimate for repairing a small leak.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED
Description of Work: I HAD THEM LOOK AT, AND TRY TO FIX A LEAKY DISPOSAL. AFTER LOOKING AT IT, THEY DETERMINED THAT IT WAS A FACTORY DEFECT AND COULDN'T BE REPAIRED. I ASKED THEM TO INSTALL A NEW DISPOSAL. IT TOOK THEM ALMOST NO TIME TO REMOVE THE FAULTY ONE AND INSTALL A NEWER, MORE POWERFUL ONE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESIONAL AND I DEFINITELY WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Hello mr [Member Name Removed] , here at Texas premier plumbing we care about our customers so we would like to explain...you bought the 29$ service call deal through Angies list which give you a credit of 29$ Towards the total repair price . When Ben the plumber arrived to your house,you asked him to change old kitchen faucet for the "29 Dollars you already paid" , the plumber Explains that the 29$ deal won't cover the installation ... you told the plumber that it's "ridiculous , and you don't want to pay a penny more and don't want the job to be done" .. when the plumber was about to leave your house , you asked him to come back and preform the job ,the plumber knew that you are NOT happy with the price - and told you that " our company is 100% satisfaction guarantee and we preferred Not to do the job then to get a bad review -because if you're misunderstanding the deal you purchased , (we even agreed to mail you a check back for the 29$..) you told the plumber that " you understand the price ,and you just want the job done and you are Not going to write bad review " We wish you all the best and next time please understand your purchase prior to purchasing it.
