Ben and his associate were both excellent. When they realized the new flappers I purchased did not fit the toilet, they completely drained and cleaned the tank and the existing flapper. The existing flapper worked once cleaned but did not with all the rust and sediment in it--I was most pleased. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were very clean in the workspace and professional in the work. Would highly recommend, and I will use them again.

Quickly and efficiently . The two men wore booties to protect my clean carpeting which I appreciated very much. They provided a further discount to me because they were a bit off schedule due to extended difficulty at the first job of the day

There was no repair that needed to be made, it turned out that my water heater needed to be turned on. The technicians were awesome, professional, very sweet, and very prompt! They went over everything thoroughly, and checked everything, and communicated well. I've never had anyone so professional and personable, I would recommend them to anyone, and I had great peace of mind when they left!

We were referred to Texas Premiere by the water restoration service 911 Restoration. The owner came out himself and identified the problem right away. He was so nice and professional. We will only use them from now on. And the price was so reasonable for a night call! I would definitely recommend this service!

Ben called within 10 minutes of my submission. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my issue and he suggested options I could try myself. He also gave a verbal quote and time he could come out. I ended up using another Angie's List provider but Ben called back that evening to see if I was able to clear the drain. He advised me to call him even if I have a question. I would recommend his company to my friends.

Ben and Ram (Rom?) arrived on time and Ben diagnosed the problem. I needed a new phlange and wax seal. They had to go buy the phlange and returned in about a half hour. Work was completed and area was left clean. Ben explained everything as he was working. He takes pride in his work.

It was a good experience, I got the number from a friend in school (I'm a teacher) and called to book an appointment. Samantha at the office was very helpful, she scheduled me for the same day. Sean arrived that day and was very polite and professional. He immediately identified the problem ( build up of pet hair in the drain ) and started working on it. When he finished the work I requested a quote to replace my 15 years old water heater. He quoted me a fair price and came back that same afternoon to replace it. I will defiantly hire this company again, especially Sean.

The plumbers Ben and Ram are punctual and professional. They are very smart and do excellent plumbing work. I also had a problem with water connection supply pipes that impeded the movement of the counter weight to the faucet and they corrected the problem. Believe me, I have had bad experiences with plumbers who come out and charge for an estimate, no show, or late. I would highly recommend these guys as being professional, quality, reasonably priced plumbers.

We had a leaking water heater the created a water damage to our home. Craig came to our home and immediately identified the problem. He recommended a new water heater a new drain line for it. After going through all the different options we decided to replace the water heater with a tankless system. The installation took about three hours.

I've been having leaks in my galvanize pipes for quite some time.I got several quotes from four different companies for a piping the house. Premier's quote wasn't it the cheapest one but they really took the time to explain the process. On the day of service a four men crew came and started really early. They were able to finish the work the same day which I was grateful for. They provided me with a six-year warranty certificate that includes labor and material. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and I will use them for all my other plumbing needs.

Scheduling the appointment was really quick, I sent them a message through the Angie's list site and they replied within an hour. Mike the plumber was very polite and after inspecting my old water heater he noticed that it was still under manufacture warranty. He then contacted the supply house and had it repair the same day. He also recommended installing a water softener and left me a quote for that. He's honesty and professionalism are the reasons why they have me as customer for life. It's worth mentioning that I had a different company come out prior to Texas premier plumbing to provide me with a price quote and they just tried to sell me a new water heater without informing me that the one I have is still under warranty.

My main drain was clogged and needed to be open. The used a hydro jet machine to open it. They took the time to explain the service they will do and why it's necessary. When they finish, we run the water for a bout 2-3 minutes to make sure the problem is solved.
