Rem was just pleasant and professional. We really enjoyed having him in our home. He came out assessed what was wrong and we were scheduled for repair within a couple of days. The job was finished in a day and we were pleased with the outcome.

On-time, thorough, appeared to be excellent work since I had no subsequent issues with the use of the shut-off valves.

Early Sunday morning, 1 March 2020 had awaken to a small flood at the back end of the house. The master bedroom & bath, spare bedroom, hallway and master bathroom all had water. Around 7:15 a.m., made contact with Texas Premier Plumbing LLC for emergency services. The technicians arrived at the house around 9:00 a.m. as discussed. The techs started working immediately. They approached the task with a systematic approach. As they progressed, everything was explained in detailed. No questions or concerns were left unanswered.

I hired Texas Premier to come and perform a full PEX pipe replacement and tankless water heater installation for a home with galvanized steel piping. The team leader (Ben) was on time for the appointment to check out the home. He was very knowledgeable and an expert at explaining what his team needed to do and how long it would likely take. He also explained the various choices involved with the job, and the upside/downside of each choice. He worked very hard to make sure to give us the choice and not pressure us one way or another, and to make sure we were informed and comfortable with what would be done. The job itself was performed very well also – the team made a strong effort to not make more cuts in the drywall than were necessary, and when possible to cut in places that were easier for drywall repair later. They also did a stellar job on the gas supply and venting lines for the new tankless heater – all unexpected work that didn’t faze them at all. After they were done they did a good job of sweeping and cleaning up – we could barely tell they anyone had been in the house making cuts to the drywall. After all the work was finished, I had a couple of questions/concerns that Ben answered by adding a few additional small jobs to his scope of work for free just to make sure we were happy. Overall their team did an excellent job and we were very pleased! I would absolutely recommend Texas Premier to anyone for plumbing installation or repair work. They are absolute professionals.

Responsive, prompt service (wasn't an emergency), personable both on the phone and in person. All in all excellent customer service.

Ben from Texas Premier Plumbing was great. He was very courteous and was quickly able to fix our low pressure in our kitchen sink and even waived the service charge. I will definitely use Texas Premier Plumbing in the future. A+

I purchased the $125 exterior faucet replacement deal through Angie's List. I called them to schedule the appointment for the following week, and on the day of the appointment, I received a courtesy call approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. They replaced my leaky, rusty backyard faucet with a new valve faucet, so its easier to turn on now. Ben and Leo were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Because of their excellent service, I asked them to come back to repair a leak in one of my kitchen sinks that seemed to be a problem for another plumber. Ben and Leo came back the next day, and again provided a 30 minute heads up. They were able to fix the leak in a timely manner for a very good price. I'm glad I found a good company to call for plumbing issues.

The person I spoke with was polite and professional. Unfortunately, they never called nor showed up on the day of appointment. Kinda sucks when you take a day off of work and they forget to pencil you in. A second chance was given for a Sunday reschedule. We agreed to do the morning at a specific window of time. They called for confirmation that day, but I wasn't near the phone when they did. So the appointment was cancelled and they moved on. My gripe is that I gave them the benefit of the doubt on their mistake. They could have, and should have, extended the favor when I wasn't able to reach the phone. That's what any normal customer would expect when the service provider is given a second chance. Oh well, didn't happen.

My bathroom toilet was leaking in April 2019. The person came in on 4/30/2019, removed the toilet, found the flange was installed too low. He installed one flange and two wax rings basically raised the flange a little higher, charged $466. After eight months, the same spot leaked again!!!!

This is now my go to plumber. They were professional and knowledgeable. I called and was scheduled the next day. They did not waste any time and did a very good job. They explained everything to me and the price was very reasonable. This is how a company should operate. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.

It went very well. My water heaters are on the attic of the 3rd floor. Leo & Junior handled them with care. And they gave me good price for replacing both at one time.

We're very pleased with the service provided from Texas Premier Plumbing. They contacted me immediately after I emailed them. Leonar and another employee arrived on time and actually a little earlier that expected. He was very courteous and explained the repair before starting. They used shoes covers and preformed the repair efficiently quietly. Leonar cleaned up after the repair and provided information about the product. Leonar gave me hope that honest, courteous and efficient companies still exist. I would recommend Texas Premier to anyone with plumbing need's.

Texas Premier Plumbing did an exceptional job unstopping my HVAC drain line. I would definitely hire them again!

When I called they were on a job nearby. Ben came over while on break and immediately solved the problem. He didn't even charge me. He was extremely helpful and he will always be my "go to" in the future .

It went well. We needed the repair done on short notice I preparation for selling the house. They made time to do the repair without charging extra.

Ben at Texas Premier Plumbing did a great job. They re-piped my home along with installing a tankless heater. I have found my plumber!

Nick was friendly and diagnosed the problem which was a previous rat problem that had been fixed left residual damage to my sewer pipe where the drain meets the concrete. They had chewed holes in the PVC pipe to enter my home. He left and went to get the parts. He returned promptly and installed the part. No complaints on his work. Price seemed a little high to me in retrospect given the parts involved and labor but I'm also paying for expertise.

They are excellent and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them and they are the only ones I will use.

We contacted Texas Premier Plumbing and they were quick to respond. They came out quickly and scoped our line but were not able to see clearly what was causing the issue. They ended up having to dig where they suspected the issue was only to find that the issue was that the utility company had run new fiber optic lines right through the middle of my main sewer line. Texas Premier plumbing promptly fixed my issue was able to provide me video and pictures so I could file a claim with the utility provider. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Ben arrived at the agreed time on a Sunday and kindly called first to let us know that he was on his way. He identified the issue very quickly and replaced the faulty items. Throughout he was totally professional and courteous and made sure that there was no further leakage before leaving. He worked fast and cleanly: he used shoe covers in the house. Ben was also most helpful with advice about other plumbing questions that could save us money. The work was completed within an hour to our total satisfaction.

Nick was on time and friendly. Cost was higher. Cause it was a Sunday - watch out for the convenience fee - but he told us what we needed, waited while we got it, and got it installed and tested.

Tim at Texas Premier did a superb job on a complicated problem, and he did it with minimal invasiveness when it came to the inside wall. He was quick and he did a quality job. He left both the inside and outside very clean, and he tacked the sheetrock back into place. It is ready for our painter to tape, mud, sand and paint. We couldn't be happier with Tim's work. Also, Texas Premier's estimate was spot on. I will definitely use this company again.
