Fantastic guys - purchased a deal for some work that needed to be done. They contacted me promptly, listened carefully and were prepared for what was originally discussed and then some! They came to replace an outdoor faucet that had been leaking and address possible leak beneath our tub. They gave straightforward suggestions and a plan of action to follow to rule out problems. They did the work requested, but also gave guidance on some items that would be handled myself, and were a pleasure to work with - definitely would hire them again.

The P-trap was totally clogged so it was replaced. The garbage disposal was removed and cleaned to remove the item that was stuck. This was a Angie's List deal and felt that the company had over-booked so the tech was late in arriving. They did call to let me know. Overall the service was provided and was done in a very good manner.

Very good to help out and not overcharge. Pipes were actually not shaking anymore and they spend the remainder of time helping with other smaller issues. Very nice.

Always the skeptic when it comes to hiring a contractor, this was my first time using Angie's list for some plumbing work. Broken toilet flange, something beyond my skill set to repair, so I looked to a licenses professional plumber to handle the task. I took advantage of the $29 service call deal and hired Texas Premier Plumbing for the job. They called in to schedule the job within a day of the booking and was able to book a service call later the same week. On Thursday, the plumber called ahead of the scheduled appointment and confirmed he would be there by 1530. Ben showed up as promised, took a look at the job and made a fair & precise estimate to replace the toilet flange. I am not an expert plumber but know enough to understand the amount of labor and effort for a job and how much the job should probably run. Ben was spot on on his estimate of how much time it would take. He and his helper (did not catch his name) jumped on the job and had it done within 1.5 hours. Very professional. Excellent job. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need and did the job exactly as promised. THAT means a lot in my book. I would hire Ben and Texas Premier Plumbing again without hesitation.

Mr Ben comes on time with a big smile professional manner. He found the issue right away and fix the problem. He also gave us a extra tip to maintain/prevent problems. Definitely suggest to call him again when I have a plumbing issue.

Ben and Leo showed up when promised after TPP has submitted the lowest bid and the job. They were also the ones that could be there the soonest. They validated the diagnosis from another plumber who gave a ridiculously high bid ($1150 more than TPP's quote), completed the job quickly, and didn't try to upsell me any nonsense that I really didn't need. They were extremely polite and made sure to clean up after themselves. Ben himself even called back that evening to make sure everything was working properly. They will be getting my first call on future plumbing needs.

Fabulous! They got it done in next to no time and cleaned up after themselves and were as polite as any service person has ever been. They were even great about my nosy big dogs.

He was super. This toilet tank has been leaking away water forever. He was quick professional knowledgeable and great! Pricing was was fair and more he stands by his work. I highly recommend and will use him again.

After studying the problem, the plumber figured out that the flapper was an incorrect size. He replaced the flapper, and now the toilet stays filled. I don't know what he did with regard to the leaking issue, but it doesn't leak anymore.

I bought the package through Angie's List. Texas Premier Plumbing called me and we set an appointment date and time. I made sure I was home and available at that time, and they not only never showed up but then never contacted me before to let me know they werent coming. And I have never hear from them since. They took my money and never provided a service at all.

Ben J and second plumber inspected my hot water line, told me it was fine, and told me did not need repair or replacing. I am washing my first load in the new washer. I called them about 9:30 a.m. and they were here by 11 a.m. I would hire again.

GREAT. Ben J. and Ram called to let me know they were on their way and arrived about 9:00am in my scheduled 8-11 time slot. Upon looking at the faucet, they suggested replacing rather than repairing, because the repair cost about 1/2 the cost of a new faucet, and sometimes the repair doesn't last a long time. They met me at Home Depot (which luckily is only about 4 blocks from my house), and Ben J. helped me pick a new faucet that would work with my sink. I want to note that if I had told them just to fix the faucet I had, they would have. They didn't pressure me into purchasing a faucet (why would they, nothing in it for them, just for Home Depot). They then went back to my house and had everything installed and done by 10:00 a.m. I was charged $149 for the faucet replacement, minus a $29 credit I had for purchasing an Angie's List deal. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Ben called & set up an appointment. The showed up on time and fixed the leak. A couple of days later it developed a new leak. Called Ben and they came right out and fixed it. Have not had any problems since. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Work completed by different plumbing company. Texasperated Premier plumbing scheduled very fast, but I realized that angies list set them up for my old address although I am pretty certain I entered the new address for the location of service request page. No one followed through after I brought this to their attention.

They're punctual, courteous, and they did a good job.
