Shower head....Well done One commode still runs after flush but we can adjust... Other commode flapper only was replaced and the attendant tried to balance the fixture by adjusting the anchor bolt on the floor...Immediately after they left, the entire fixture was rocking sided to side and the bolt came loose... We did not bother to contact the company as we always dealt with an answering machine.... We considered the price to be rather high for their total time of 20 minutes...several of which were used to fill out the invoice.... At this time we are not asking for anything from the folks....maybe they are really good and this was too minor of a job for them....

He went above and beyond with fixing my problems. They went out of their way and everything works perfectly now. They are very nice, too. I'd highly recommend them!

All personnel were friendly and competent. Needed repairs were explained, parts were on their truck and the job was done well with no delays.

I had a leak, and they did fix it. I got up that morning and noticed water on my floor, and couldn't turn the water off at the wall. They came out the next day. They charged more than the $69 deal price because they had to purchase parts. Their slogan/advertising says they have everything on hand, but they had to go buy some additional parts, but I didn't think it was unreasonable. They diagnosed the problem and got it done that day. They also diagnosed an additional problem, but said I didn't have to have that done right away. If I choose to contact them later, they quoted the same price to come back out. I didn't have much frame of reference to compare pricing, but due to flooding there probably wasn't a price I wouldn't pay. They called to let me know they were on their way, which game me time to leave the office to meet them at home. Their professionalism wasn't stellar, but it worked.

Ben & Leo were the plumbers that came to my house. They were both very professional in their jobs and did an excellent job and will definitely find no problem in recommending them in any plumbing work that needs to be done. Job went very well !

Two very nice gentleman, plumbers, came. They had made appointment of what time they would arrive. They were 5 minutes early, great. So professional. Both of the gentleman put a cover on there shoes before entering my home. When one would go to truck to get a part, would take off the cover from shoes. When returned he would put them back on. Would not wear covers on shoes outside to keep from tracking in dirt. They cleaned up any trash they had made. Both were dressed very clean and neat. Both were great guys. Got right to work. After job was done explain what they had done and also told me about the free 90 day guarantee. Would definitely hire this company for any plumbing repairs. They were great and the price very reasonable.

After I paid on Angies list, a rep called me from the company and we set up a time for them to show on 3/7/2017. They did not show at my house as agreed and attempts to reach them have been futile. I called their phone several times since 2 days and no one ever answers

Excellent. The company was offering a $29.00 special for a service call. The repairman was great and tried to repair the faucet but told me it would not be worth the cost to repair it, given its age and condition and recommended I shop for a new faucet. He did clean out the rust inside the faucet as well as the cartridge and tightened up a valve as a short term fix. I was very happy there was no up-selling involved and that the repairman was honest with me.

Quick response and timely service, the job was done nicely. Will sure hire again for other plumbing services!

This is my SECOND time hiring TX premier plumbing and Dave came the same afternoon of the day that I called. They were very friendly and professional, wore booties so my floors stayed clean, had new parts for water lines and valves in their truck. The job was rapidly completed and at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. When I need plumbing help again, I know who I will call.

They were very professional and honest and did not suggest repairs that were unnecessary. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I recommended them to my sister in law as well and she was incredibly impressed with their service. I will only use them again for future repairs.

The company did repipping in my attic and they spend the whole day in my house until finish with the work. They did a very good job and several days after they called to ask if everything was ok. I will use them in the future.

It went very smoothly. They also take care of not getting dirt in your home by wearing shoe covers and floor covering in the work area.

Their plumber Ben called ahead and arrived just as planned. Gave me an estimate up front, that only required part changes later, as the kitchen faucet was too far gone to repair and had to be replaced. The work quality was excellent, and from having worked for another plumbing company for 30 years, I know good work when I see it. They left my house spotless, and were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially this plumber to anyone.

The service was great, very knowledgeable technician and he did his work quickly and with great care. He even gave me some suggestions on how to properly maintain my new disposal as well as provided some advice on how to change RO system filters. Great company, I've saved their card and will use them again for my plumbing needs.

My service went really well. Ben and Leonard were both very professional and worked so hard to get the commercial line unclogged. They were very punctual, transparent, and professional in their communication with me. Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and their workers. The repairmen identified the appropriate piece, special ordered, and installed within 2 business days of the initial visit. The price was $75 for initial visit, then $275 for part and installation. I would like to add that this was an older valve no longer on the market. Texas Premier located the part and installed at a great rate.

Was very happy. They went the extra mile to provide good service. A previous plumber also said he would find the needed parts, but never showed up again.

I wasnt able to use the company because the work had already been done by someone else that I didn't have to pay for but the communication and responsiveness with this company was great.

They tightened a pipe from the garbage disposal but found nothing else leaking. They suggested the water may have come from the window. The only charge was the service call.

Ben took the call and was able to provide the time window on the same day. Arrive on time and displayed very professional behavior. Fix all that needed to be fixed and was extremely fair. All done in timely manner and with quality in mind. Very happy with the whole process and would certainly call them again when need a plumber.
