Everything went very well, especially finding out that my shower leak was due to a pipe rusted through.

I bought the $29 special. I was given a telephone price to do the work: replace my kitchen faucet: $29+$120. I was given an 8 am to 12 pm time frame for their arrival this morning. Ben called me about 8:10 and told me they were about 15 minutes away. Ben and Leo arrived within 15 minutes and immediately set to work. Work was done quickly, neatly, and successfully.

Outstanding. Ben and Leo handled it quickly and professionally. They took the time to explain their work plan and executed efficiently. I will use again for sure.

They were friendly, courteous and professional. Excellent experience. I will be calling them again.

I give them an A! I would also recommend them to anyone. They were very professional and did a good job. He advised me to buy a better garbage disposal unit than what we got for the house. It would cost more but it would be a better quality one.

The plumber did the job OK. But the cost to do the job of $275 was too much.

Excellent. Did all the work I needed at a fair price. Kitchen faucet priced the same as Home Depot. I asked how much to replace my two outdoor faucets because I could no longer attach hoses. We he found out the problem fixed them by buying a 6 dollar part at Home Depot and fixed them on the house. Great work. Found my plumbers going forward!

They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, did exactly what they said they would do, and did the work for a fair, competitive price. They were also extremely courteous and clean. These guys are consummate professionals. WE WILL NOT USE ANY OTHER PLUMBER AGAIN. Their magnet is on my fridge, and they will be the first and only company I call when I need a plumber. My only regret is not having found these guys years ago.

There was some time spent between 2 visits, but it was due to parts needed and having to be ordered. The gentlemen who did the work did so with as much speed as possible. They were very good about cleaning up afterwards. When I need a plumber again, I will contact them.

Ben was the lead plumber and did a great job. He made good recommendations for the equipment and replaced everything in a neat and orderly fashion. I was very pleased and will call the company for future work. The cost of the items (with no upcharge) were included in our total bill.

They are the very best plumber. When I setup the appointment, they were on-time and courteous. They told me up front how much I have to pay and get the work done.

It was very easy & quick! I realize this isn't a difficult thing to replace on your own, but given my schedule I had no time to spare to dedicate to doing it myself. Texas Premier arrived on time and diagnosed & completed the task in just an hourl.

A slow leak persisted at shut-off valve which the company replaced without any additional charge.

He refused to perform the service unless I paid him more money. He was very disrespectful and made a sarcastic comment that " what did you think you were going to get for $29"?

Texas Premier Plumbing provided top notch service with competitive pricing. I had taken a picture of the piping/valve in my garage that is my main water shut off and sent it to multiple companies on Angie's List. Texas Premier Plumbing replied quickly and offered one of the best prices. They were able to accommodate me quickly. They showed up just a little later than their scheduled time window only because of van trouble, but were very apologetic and professional. They installed a new shut off valve and replaced the old pipes with PEX pipes which are longer lasting. They were very quick and thorough in their work. I would definitely hire them again.

They were good and courteous and within a reasonable price range.

They come within the time window and replaced the whole water heater very quickly. Hot water flows back.

Ben and Leo did a wonderful job of explaining the work that needed to be done on each project, were very professional in going about there work, and tested everything when completed to ensure that things were working properly. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Texas Premier Plumbing. They will be my go to plumbers in the future!
