 + -1 moreThese guys were super easy to work with. They were prompt, efficient, and communicative. I paid exactly what I expected to pay for the services performed. I would hire them again without a doubt. They've already done work for my neighbor, who also only had positive things to say. Aside from their work, it didn't hurt that they showed up with dog biscuits for my dogs. (They asked me before giving them). It was a subtle touch that started things on a good note.
Description of Work: Fixed my garbage disposal (main job). Cleared the line in my faucet (secondary).

 + -1 moreThey corrected HW stem faucet issue but created leak under counter at center spout. They did not have washer to fix it? I don't understand that, or them putting (clear grease?) substance at center spout instead. I now have bucket under counter to catch water leak they created. I will not call them again.
Description of Work: Faucet (HW side) at laundry sink was not working even after I changed stems.

 + -1 moreBen J. was professional, pleasant and on-time. He was able to squeeze us in the day after we called them. We had water coming out of weep holes near the house foundation. He quickly located and repaired a leak in an interior wall pipe, an outflow pipe leading down from the upstairs toilet and bathtub. He had to cut out sheet rock to find it, but he was very careful to only cut out what was necessary, and did not make a huge mess. He also cleaned out two sink drains with the snake. Price was reasonable. We are going to get him to replace a water heater soon. Definitely recommend, very happy with the service.

Description of Work: City of Houston is working on our road and broke the water pipe under our front yard at 2pm. City workers left for the day at 3pm and left us without water. I contacted Premier and they had a crew out within the hour. Ben and Leo identified the problem and started work immediately. They were done before sundown. Ben suggested that I take pictures of the damage to make sure the city would pay for the work. He also volunteered to be a witness, in case I would encounter issues with the city. Ben and Leo were courteous, helpful, and the final bill was more than reasonable. In the end, the city agreed to pay for the work done. Excellent work by Premier who we used for the first time but will call on again when needed.
