Paid for $29 service call thinking it was not much more then buying large chanel lock. They showed up on time. Told me it would be $130. He was told to leave. Called a local plumber he had it tightened under 5 minutes and refused money, no service charges no repair charge.

no leaks but not what I had asked for so won't use them ever again.

Wow! I tried to get several other Angie's List plumbers out for almost two weeks with no luck. I called these guys around 2 PM, and they offered to come out the same day. I scheduled for the next morning between 8-10 am, they came and got the job done! Highly recommend these guys!

Professionals came to my house and fixed the problem in a few minutes. This was the second time I used this company. They were very professional, very courteous, and fixed the problem perfectly. This is the only plumbing company that I will ever use. I was very very impressed with the work done.

They were on time, provided information addressing issues and solutions to try myself before they did any major work - straightforward and honest, and I appreciate them giving options.

Both jobs were done very well, and up to my expectations. They give you up front pricing, and offer options, and their prices as compared to other plumbing companies, I think is very good. They clean up their work area, and both crews were exceptionally polite, and easy to have in your home.

Guys were great. showed up and did the job with no problems. treated my wife very respectfully and were very courteous. Even installed a flush valve for me cause they saw the new one in the bathroom. I'd definitely use again.

Essentially, I ended up hiring someone else who charged me less than the $300 he wanted to charge me.

The plumber did a good job overall. Took about 2 hours to complete. The plumber began with a charge of $750.00 for this work. I felt that this was extremely high. I researched the parts and they were approximately $150.00. So initially, his service charge was 500.00 for the work or initially $250.00 per hour. I felt that was extremely high, I complained and the technician lowered the price to $600.00. Again this was an extremely high rate.

We had no hot water right after hurricane Harvey. The first independent plumber gave an estimate of $1950 for labor and parts for replacing the 3-year old water heater which was still under warranty. I thought the charge was too high, so I called Texas Premier Plumbing the next morning. Ben and Leo came promptly. They vacuumed the water in the drip pan, then thoroughly evaluated the pipes and vent. Ben concluded that the pilot light was probably put out by the rain water coming through the vent during the storm. He lit the pilot a few times and got it started. I asked him to replace the rusty pipes above the water heater. He suggested to wait a few days in case the water heater was the source of problem, then it would save us money to replace the heater and pipes at the same time. Ben also checked the pipes in the attic as we had a water leak through the ceiling, which turn out to be a roof issue. Well, we have had no further problem since. Ben and Leo did return 5 days later to change the rusty pipes. All that work for $275. Ben and Leo are very professional and honest. I would highly recommend Texas Premier Plumbing.

I bought the $69 coupon once before and was pleased with their work so I purchased another one. They came on time, were very professional and friendly and connected the line that runs from the water heater so that it will run out instead of flooding the house in an emergency.

Great & prompt service. Came back to help the next day as the pipe fix had lead to debris that was blocking the shower head.

They were kind and quick. The service is impeccable.

$200 to inspect toilet drainage, thorough inspection done even using a pipe camera. Possible issue/problem identified but overall problem not solved... We later got major improvement using a good plunger, "snake device", and Zep Drain Care product.

They came when they said they would working around the scheduled plumber. Helped disconnected washer and dryer, as well. Great service, professionalism and timeliness. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.
