I was very pleased at how quickly I got a response from the company. I inquired about a broken window at around 8pm and I got a phone call 30 minutes later! I wasnt expecting it because of the time and because it was a week night. Then they came out a little earlier than expected as well on the day I requested which was totally fine and he fixed my window within an hour from meeting him! Only $100 when I figured I was going to be out of thousands. Definitely recommend! The super funny thing about this, is that I knew nothing about home advisor before. I saw a commercial earlier in the week about this website and little did I know that I would actually need them by the end of the week! Plus, they delivered on their advertisement promise so, THANK YOU!
