I would recommend this company to anyone. Mike Bizaillion and his crew were prompt, professional and brought neglected floors back to life in the home we just purchased. Cannot believe these are the same floors. They were a pleasure to work with. They even went beyond the scope bid because they saw some things that needed addressed and did not charge me extra.

We bought a house back in 2012. After moving in, we noticed a big difference in the travertine floors between certain areas. After doing some research, we found that we can have it cleaned but given how bad some of the floors are, it was recommended to get it done professionally. We had several vendors come in and did a demo. Some of them does not seems to know what they need to do as it conflicts with what I have seen online. When Texas Floor Restoration came, they thoroughly went with me the process that will be undertaken. We went ahead and contracted them to do the job. Mike and his crew came on time and was careful when moving our furniture out to the garage. They cleaned the floor on the first day and patch some holes (pits). A lot more holes came up after the cleaning (which I was told was normal as you can see them better). They went ahead and spent 1 1/2 days just to fill the holes on their knees the whole time. They did an excellent job as the fillers are barely visible. They also polished and sealed the floors so we should not have to worry about it for the next few years. They also went ahead and did the guest bathroom at no extra charge. My wife was very happy when she came back and saw the finished floors. It was night and day from what we had before. We did not know how travertine floors should look since we always had hardwood or carpet. Now we know what it should look like. We will definitely look them up again when it is time to reseal. Hopefully, not too many holes to patch the next time around.
