There seems to be some confusion, your file shows that while you did receive an estimate from us in 2013, you did not make a purchase with Texas Fence. If you have records that show otherwise please contact our office and we are happy to schedule your repair. Part of our service is to provide follow up maintenance and repairs on all our products and we would be happy to address your needs if we installed the gate in question. We have found that doing modifications to fencing/gates etc., that we did not originally install rarely met with customers' expectations. Often the repaired section of a metal fence/gate only accentuates the age or disrepair of the remaining section. Again, please contact the office if you have records of your purchase with our company and we will be happy to schedule an appointment.
