Everything turned out very well as usual. The two-person crew, which included the owner, came out a day after I called and worked several hours to correct the issue. Furthermore, they were very courteous and professional when at the house.

They pressure washed and painted our home and shop prior to roof installation. Very impressed by the paint work that was done. Roofing work was completed in 2 days. Humberto and Art are very professional in their approach and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The crew was timely, hard working and made every effort to be careful of our property and to clean up from the work. Art (the owner) came by to inspect and was professional and very pleasant. I strongly recommend using Humberto and Art, and I have no qualifications on this endorsement. This recommendation is based on integrity, cleanliness and the quality of the craftsmanship. Background: we had a roof severally damaged as a result of a hail storm. In addition, we had interior damages done in two rooms. Since we did not know anyone in the business we solicited recommendations from neighbors. Humberto and Art were among the three recommendations we received. We inspected the finished product of all three recommendations, with our preconception that a roof is a roof is a roof. One of the roofs we inspected was outstanding and that was the one installed by Humberto and Art. Accordingly they were selected and they commenced work on schedule. The project took about two weeks to repair the interior and the exterior storm damage. The results were as follows: they exceeded expectations and the original scope of the project. For example, as they prepared the job they noticed rotten wood and other areas of potential leaks. Humberto repaired these areas and did NOT incrementally charge us for this work, even though it was beyond the original scope. A roof replacement is inherently a sloppy job but Humberto cleaned up the work site daily, which was greatly appreciate given we have little children who want to play outdoors. Humberto's intrusion on our living space was relatively minimal given the magnitude of the project and the number of personnel involved. At the end of the project, the exterior was restored to its prior condition (they must have take pictures in order to place the patio furniture in its original position). In conclusion, Humberto performed beyond our expectation, he delighted us with extras that were required to make the project right, and at no time did he "nickle and dime" us with blind surprises. Accordingly, we are comfortable and confident with our strong recommendation.
