Terminix has a misleading web site, where the services we thought were included actually required checkmarks in order to show up in the price of the visit. We signed up for a series of visits for one price, then when the exterminator arrived, he wanted to charge us more than double! He was very helpful, and told us this does not happen infrequently. He also admitted he had given his notice to Terminix. I wish I would have asked where he was going. I will never use Terminix again.

please see above.I had to clear my schedule so I could be home in order to let the technician in. I have 2 dogs that bark like crazy whenever anyone comes on our property. They didn't make a sound! I kept looking out the window for the technician-and never saw anyone! So frustrating!

They were fine.

I have been using them for 5 years. I am very happy with their service. They always do a good job. They also always leave a notification on what they found, treated, and how much of whatever they used to treat the problem with. They call the day before and let us know a 3 hour window when they will arrive and they do.

They are bad about missing appointments. Three years ago, they didn’t come for a year. I usually pay in advance for a year and they didn’t come and it turned out that they guy who sprayed my house came to work, but didn’t come to spray my house and they didn’t even know it. They apologized for it and credited my account. They also came in and gave me a free spray for one day for missing a year. Even now, they miss appointments and requests for reschedule.

They do the same thing every time. I would recommend them to others. They are extremely professional. They e-mail me two or three days before they are going to come even though they always come on a regular schedule. They email me and let me know. The same guy comes so it is not any different person, it is always the same guy and he is very personable, and he will do any extra thing I ask him to do. They are just very professional.
