We had them come out at least 5 times. One of those times the technician removed the top to our outside meter which we were later fined for by our electric company because he put the top back on upside down, so they thought we were tampering. We asked the company to reimburse us and have been promised a check but it has been over two months and we have not see it yet. The last time they were here the technician saw our lights flicker and called his boss and I guess since he figured there was a problem, they wanted any way they could find to get out of doing their warranty work so they told us because we had added a pool to our braker box they would not help. Just an unreliable company that does not honor their work.
Description of Work: This company did the install for our new house and once moving in we discovered several issues. Namely our lights kept flickering and our GFCI's tripping.
