I own several rental properties and when i was younger, i was always looking to save a buck. I would hire the cheapest HVAC repairmen i could find for a quickfix. I learned pretty quickly you get what you pay for. Eventually, i found Tempur Mechanical Heating and Air - which has been a lifesaver. They have installed new units in several of my homes and repaired others. I have found Ron and his team to be highly responsive and very professional. Their prices are not the cheapest but they are competitive. Its definitely worth spending a little more for quality work and a company that stands behind their work product. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10 stars!

My AC was a 2 year old Carrier on a 2 year old new DR Horton house. AC still on the 5 year Warranty for parts. I had 2 other companies come out, each costing me $70 diagnostic fee. One was a Nigerian who I could not understand and who did not get back with me on the Carrier part and just deserted me. He seemed to want the $70 fee only. Then the 2nd company came out...professional and all, but wanting $2,400 to change out a condenser coil that was leaking fluid. Too expensive. Carrier recommended Ron Hamilton with Temper Mechanical. I called and he answered on 2nd ring. He came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He went to Carrier in Sugar Land and got with his service REP to have the part ordered from San Antonio. He was up front on everything and told me the part would be shipped overnight. That's what the other company told me too, so I knew it to be true. He said he would work Sunday if needed to get the job done ASAP. I went with Ron and said order it, lets move forward. His 4 men came out on Saturday July 11th as soon as the part arrived, all wearing masks, courteous and got the job done in 3 or less hours in the Houston Heat & Humidity. The A/C looks new and works very well. I was super pleased! The best thing it was only $1,700, hundreds less than the other company. I would highly recommend this company and these men. Good job Ron. Will use you again in the future.

Everything was fine and great. They showed up on time, very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Over all was a good job.
