Fantastic Job!

Overall the job was very good. I appreciate that they came back to finish some peeling that happened after the paint dry out, did a good job with the tile work in the shower and we are happy with the end result. We got our own 2 in 1 shower head, but after it was installed the pressure distribution was not appropriate. The plumbers did not notice this issue after installation. I had to exchange to a different shower head. This was a very minor issue since I bought the shower head I replace it myself. The discount for the shower head was less to what was expected, because they use the stem from a set and not an individual stem, hence a full discount was not applied. Overall they try to leave everything clean after the job, protect the working area and are very courteous. We are very satisfied with the work they did.

Everything was done fast and exactly the quote I was given before they started. It took only 2 weeks to give us a new kitchen! This is with us slowing them down trying to pick out the countertops, backsplash, tile, etc. We love our new kitchen!

Tell-Projects was wonderful. I worked closely with Zach, with office supervision and communication from Ellie. They helped us remodel our entire second floor living in just under 3 weeks, start to finish! That included demolishing the kitchen and two walls, installing new floors, counters, countertops (quartz), and installing our handpicked appliances. They were very efficient, speedy, and thorough. Throughout the experience, Zach was very communicative, open, and honest. We partnered closely to create a floor plan and the various design choices that go into it. My fiance and I both travel for work each week but we had full trust of Zach and his team to be in the house working. He would send us pictures of the progress each day and was very accessible if we had any questions by phone. We'd highly, highly recommend Tell-Projects for future remodeling projects, no matter how big or small. Price was very reasonable considering the value, and they put no pressure on you to do more than you absolutely need. And of course, there are always little touch-ups here and there afterward to get everything perfect, but Zach and his team were more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we felt happy. It went excellent from start to finish. Very well coordinated with all the crafts involved. Work is top notch. Finished all projects as stated from the beginning. All materials used were exactly what we expected which was excellent. Workers cleaned up every day when finished. Zack was excellent to work with on all the projects.

Working with Zach was great and very smooth. He provided a full schedule of the project work and worked to ensure the project plan was executed on time and to our satisfaction. The quality of the work and finished results were excellent. Liked the results so much, I have hired them to do an additional bathroom in the house.

Zack did a great job! The work was done quickly and efficiently. The repaired surfaces look good-as-new.

Zach did a wonderful job and he was always available. I am already having him look into other projects around the house. I can't explain how pleased I am with all of the work.

Everything went fairly well, the quality of the work was very good. They had their own specialized person for each particular "craft" (ie Tile guys, painters, plumber, etc.). On a day to day basis we had some difficulty getting the full scope of work, so there was some difficulty in trying to get our own schedules to match up with Zach's. But Zach was very helpful and did earnestly try his hardest to make us happy. The most important thing on a large job like this is the work quality, and that was great. But our project definitely could've benefited from better communication from Tell-Projects. But we would definitely hire them again.

The team at Tell Projects was able to complete the job for us in time for the holidays. Furniture was moved around, the cabinets and old flooring were demolished. They installed beautiful custom cabinets, granite countertops, wood-like tile flooring, new paint job, new recess lighting, etc. All done by professionals. Every day, we had people from Tell Projects working in my home. Zach, the contractor, was always just a phone call away. After the project was all finished, Zach ensured that my family was fully satisfied with the results and He even did the last finishing touches himself. I was very impressed by that level of dedication. I highly recommend Tell Projects to anyone looking to remodel their home.

Our guest bathroom was in dire need of TLC. Tell Projects' staff was very professional from the point of our initial communication until the job was finished. Zach, the project manager, was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I was completely happy with the final results. He never deviated from the original estimate, even when we had to make adjustments along the way. We now have a shower that my family loves. I highly recommend Tell Projects and look forward to using them again in my other home remodeling projects.

To begin with, Tell-Projects has excellent customer service. They are always there to answer and it is so nice that you have a personal relationship with them and the office. THEY WORK FAST!!!! and they are super professional and trustworthy. The best part is that they treat your house like their own house. They leave it clean, and safe at the end of the day. We were even able to stay in the house while they remodeled the bathroom. My kids are ecstatic and love their new bathroom!

I recently noticed my friend's house had some gorgeous renovations done. I thought I had walked into someone else's house. They retiled 2000 Sqft of the house with a gorgeous white tile, and as an accent wall they tiled the entire fire place. They turned an outside play area into a dining room and their kids scoot around the house all day screaming there is so much room for activities! They later told me that they redesigned and tiled the kids bathrooms, painted the entire house, tiled the garage and turned it into an office by adding air con system and window....well you get the idea! I was shocked to find out that they did this all in one week! They really worked around the clock to turn this family's needs and dreams into a reality. I can't wait to use them on my own house, especially after finding out that the owner is flexible with prices based on my budget.

Their workmanship is high quality. They built everything to our preferences and offered suggestions when we were not sure about something. They wrote everything down and stuck to it. Can't wait to work with them again.

It was excellent! They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and without settling one bit on quality and getting seamless results. They maximized our closet's space to fit as much shelving as possible, understanding that we were looking to get a wonderful storage closet in our playroom, so that the room itself would be more inviting and neat. Tell-Projects met the challenge and we have been thrilled with the results. They stayed until the job was done, knowing that we had a tight deadline. We would highly recommend them for your next carpentry or renovation job!

I had a corner in my office which had become a messy dumping ground. I had looked at buying pre-made shelves, but nothing fit the exact measurements for me to make the most of the space. From past experience, many shelves are not made of sturdy wood, even though they claim to withstand heavy weight, they quickly 'buckle' in the middle. The contractor took all my concerns into consideration and produced a custom unit better than I expected! The craftsmanship is extremely impressive. Everything was measured and anchored precisely to utilize all of my wasted wasted space. This is also the fastest and tidiest crew I have ever seen! During installation, they protected/covered the surrounding floor and furniture. They even went out of their way to match the color exactly to the paint on the existing wall. From consultation to finished product, the project was completed within 2 days!
