Description of Work: We have used Tech USA for all of our computer needs over the past 3 years. Ken is our usual technician. He is very professional and it would be hard for me to consider using anybody else. We bought our last desktop system from them, and they have very competitive pricing on all computers They do charge a travel fee, an hourly rate and tax which make most visits over $100. But, I guess it is worth the fee to know that the person coming into your home, onto your personal computer is somebody very quality and above reproach. Ken has always called to advise me if he is running late. I am never stuck home waiting on him. He knows the ins and outs of our computer useage and is very, very helpful. Every now and then I try and fix a virus or glitch, but after 90 minutes of getting nowhere, I break down and call Tech USA. Totally worth it!

 + 0 moreWe brougtht a new printer which Ken installed 6 weeks earlier. When it stopped working, he came back and tried to get it working. When it became obvious that it was a faulty printer, he contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a new printer to be delivered. Ken then returned on date noted and installed the new printer and confirmed that all connections and applications were working. Because he had offered a 2 week guarantee on his work, he did not charge for the second visit. He was careful, prompt, and best of all, explains things in understandable terms as opposed to computer jargon!
