SUNSET A/C & HEATING

I don’t remember how much I spent. I think that they were the cheapest. They were able to come out right away. The responsiveness was very impressive. There was just one negative thing about them. The gentleman who is the owner of the company had hurt his back that day. He had a couple of other guys in his group to do the work and they had inserted something improperly. So I asked the guy to come out three or four times afterwards and he finally got it fixed. Every time we called the guy, he was out there within a couple of hours. We had a good experience with them. It’s just unfortunate the initial visit was a bit of a problem. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They tried to give me good quality. They were so responsive in all way. They were so disappointed that we had initial problems. He was always out there timely to make it right and eventually we did figure it out. They were very professional. The owner is one of the best contractors that we have ever worked with. I would use their services again in the future.

We purchased a foreclosed home and as with many other it had been gutted including the exterior A/C unit. We called Sunset they came and determined the size that was needed. Abdias came by within a few days and installed the unit and did some ductwork. The duct work was mainly rerouting and closing off old vents.

It went well, he answers his cell phone always. Showed up same day we called. Had a malfunction on our unit and called him late afternoon. He went to check the unit at 7:30 PM. He showed up next day before 8:00 AM to repair a leak and check on the efficiency of the unit.

I called Abdias and he came the same day with an estimate and started the work early next morning. He had a co-worker with him and they finished the job the same day. The work was extensive, considering that they had to re-route ducts and add vents in two bathrooms, which had previously not had any A/C. The price was considerably lower than others that I had checked. These guys are really awesome, friendly, fast and cheap.

Abdias is very professional and above all reliable and punctual. We have used him extensively in the past including working on a commercial A/C unit in an airplane hangar at Hobby airport. His prices are very good and his work is carried out in the time-frame given.
