When I called the company and told him what I was looking for he gave me a price over the telephone. He also came out that evening he took measurements. He told me the turnaround is about four days on the fourth day when the screens were ready, he called me and sent me a text. Told me they were ready and if I was available and at home he would come by and start installing them for me, he came out the fourth day then he just started installing them. It got dark he asked is it OK if he came back first thing in the morning to finish them? I told him that was fine. He came back the next morning he said he would be here probably around 10. He was here at 9:30. I really like the attitude he had so , I would definitely recommend this company to others and overall he did an outstanding job for me . The project that he did was installing new screens on the entire house and also on the garage.

Doug responded right away (same day) with a quote over the phone to replace all our window insect screens in our house. He quoted me a fair price and I also asked for the windows to be cleaned as well. A week later, Doug and Pete came out to clean and install in one day. Very friendly, professional, and fair priced.
