Mr. Connor came the next day and did my front door with a privacy film at a fraction of the cost other company's were wanting to charge me. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

I hired Sunrise Glass Tinting to tint three windows in my home. I used him because of his ratings and his good price. The guy brings helpers because two of my windows are fairly large and he said he needed help holding the large film to the window to get it started. Understood. They show up and in walks a woman, who reeked of cigarettes. She stunk up my entire house. Every time, she walked through my front door, she rang the freakin doorbell, after the third time she rang the bell, I told her to stop and so did the guy installing the tint. She asked to use my bathroom- I allowed her. Then my house smelled even worse of cigarette smoke; I returned to the main room to ask if she was smoking in my house. My daughter and I are highly allergic to it. She claimed she was not; it was just her that smelled so bad. She kept leaving to smoke in the front yard! She came back in and rang the doorbell and reeked some more. A window was to be tinted in my daughter's room. My daughter told the installer that the woman had to leave the house, we could not stand the smell and there was no way, she was allowed in her bedroom. This woman kept using the restroom about every ten minutes. After watching her behavior for the first hour in my home, I feel 100 percent positive this woman was intoxicated or strung out on something. . One time I caught her laying on my living room floor. The only help she provided the installer was fill up a spray bottle with water in my kitchen sink. She left my kitchen covered with water all over the countertops; water was running down the front of my cabinets and water all over the floor. I think she missed the spray bottle entirely! This was becoming a sh*t show fast! My daughter and I both asked her to leave the house on several occasions. The installer too told her to leave and stay in the van. He did apologize for her but that was not enough. She kept coming back in the house to use the bathroom and ringing the freakin doorbell!! I became suspicious of what she was doing in our guest bath. My daughter heard her opening cabinets and drawers. Both my daughter and I checked the bathroom after the left. She had opened up a tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush and proceeded to brush her teeth with it. She put both the tube of toothpaste and the used toothbrush back into the drawer. Then this women took all the tampons and pads that were located in a box on the back of the toilet. There where numerous tampon applicators all on the bathroom floor and used tampons (numerous) in the trash. WTH? There was water all over the bathroom countertop, hand soap all in the sink and on the countertop. A soaked hand towel and I found two additional soaked towels under the sink! Again! WTH? After I finally got the woman out of my house, I informed the installer that I would not be referring him any business, although his price was right, and the job was done correctly.
