The turnaround time was excellent .

I had a ripped screen and a very bent frame. We had to turn keys over quickly to the homeowner and they rushed my order. AND, he did it without me having to travel back to meet him. It looked like I never had mischevious kids.

The technicians who came by my home were very friendly and courteous. The first estimate they gave me for installing solar screens was higher than I expected after having researched them on Homeadivsor. When I mentioned that I had found them through Homeadvisor, they reduced the estimated price by approximately 8%. This was still more than I had expected to spend based on the Homeadvisor website. The techs. were hampered by traffic (their office is approximately 30 miles from my home) and weather but they finished in approximately five business days. The workmanship appears to be good.

Courteous, delivered screens and window tinting on time as stated. Cleaned up completely after job was finished. I would recommend their work to anyone interested in window tinting and replacement screens.

used the wrong sealing strip, when I called them to have them correct the error they said they would correct the error but as of yet nothing. If I do not get results very soon legal action could result.

The window screens were fine. However, the patio door screen ($100) is not exactly to fit. The door is not a typical size door and they tried to "make do" with a larger screen. I called them about it but never got a call back. The door almost always comes off the track when opening or closing. Also, even though they said they would invoice me for the second half balance they made it clear that they expected me to pay when the screens were in that day.

They did a great job. They were pretty much on time for the job (15 min late). The only "con" I would say is that one of the guys was very talkative - and I don't know if that's really a con other than they propbably would have gotten done a little faster.

Doug and Edwardo were really attentive to my wishes and did great work. I would recommend them to others.

Mr. Conner was very professional and courteous. I replaced almost all of the screens, and the final cost was much better than what I was expecting.

The representative was able to schedule a consultation the same day. The price quoted was reasonable and I didn't have to remove or install them. The turn around time was great - less than three days for 26 screens.
