Overall, it was a good experience. Bob came up with a satisfactory game plan to provide what I needed. He was very accomodating in even coming up with a second, modified game plan for my decision making process as I was talking to a couple of other contractors. In the end, I went with a lower bid from another contractor.

I got bids from at least 4 other companies, but decided on Sunlite Exteriors. The price was very competitive and all the personnel I dealt with were courteous and friendly. The job was completed in 6 days. They were very accommodating in some minor changes I made throughout the project. The guys arrived everyday around 8:30. They showed great teamwork as each did his own task for the day while helping each other. The window installation was as professionally done as it could be. I am extremely satisfied with my new windows. After they were in, I was given instruction as to how they worked. My choice of patio door was my special treat. I had always wanted to put in french doors, but thought they would not be a safe as a regular slider. I was able to find a compromise by getting the Slider with the grid pattern made into the glass. The guys did a wonderful job with the installation, and trimmed it out beautifully. I thought the siding job would be particularly difficult as my home is over 20 years old. They made it look easy by showing skill with measuring and cutting the panels to fit. I chose Hardie Panel instead of the lap type. I like it better for my home's style. The painting went quickly. I made a request to paint the front door a different color and they were able to match the door color with the window trim color and I really like the new look. I have had family and friends either look at the work in person or pictures that I sent them, and they have been similarly as pleased as I am. Thanks to Bob and the Guys!

Sunlite Exteriors took about 4 to 5 days to complete the work. Bob Camp, the owner, was prompt in providing an estimate and keeping me informed about the progress of ordering the windows, their arrival, and project start date. Once the work started, Bob or the project supervisor kept me abreast as to each day's activity. They took care into keeping the dust and trash to a minimum. My only complaint is that they were not careful in cleaning all the glass off the floor for one large old window that they had to break to remove before installing the new one, and not thoroughly removing all the sheetrock dust on the floor below some of the windows. They just needed to spend a little more time using their vacuum cleaner. Overall, however, I was impressed with their teamwork and skill in completing the project. I would recommend that, at the start of the project, the homeowner meet with Bob Camp and the team supervisor and discuss thoroughly what is expected as far as project scope and cleanup. I would definitely use Sunlite Exteriors again in the future.

He was punctual and gave an excellent presentation of his product. Actually, he provide our first estimate and we were almost ready to go with him just because he was so friendly and professional. We didn't know much about windows, so we didn't know what specific questions to ask about window features such as keeping out dust, wind resistance, etc. He did have a short turnaround time for his windows (5 days), which fit in with our timeline. The only reason we did not accept his proposal was because subsequent estimates did discuss window warranties, dust, wind, and color choices. I particularly liked the fact that Bob was more than just a window salesman, he also knows the work of installing windows.

Sunlite was the 3rd bid to come in but was definately the best in service and pricing. I was pretty discouraged after receiving the first two bids but Bob Camp's bid came in way under the first two, I was overjoyed. His bid was 3k under the second highest bid and the highest was nearly double (guess you gotta pay those celebrity spoke persons a hefty fee). After I secured a loan for the job, Bob had his crew out there the next morning. They came in, went right to work and had the entire job done in about 5 days. His crew was personalble and very professional. The jobsite was cleaned up after every work day. The house looks fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased with the look of the Smartsiding.

Bob, the owner, came and did estimate. He came out twice and was very friendly and worked within my budget which was important to me. He has great concern for customer satisfaction. The crew was outstanding, punctual and neat!! I highly recommend him and will use him again.

SUPERB JOB! Bob Camp and his team of honest, skilled, polite and professional workers were a pleasure to work with. I had a flat roof leaking into my attic and wanted to put in a skylight in that space. Bob worked out the best solution for the job and was very responsive to what I wanted. It was a difficult job, but they really came through for me. Bob checked in several times to make sure there were no unexpected problems (in a 100 year old house) and that the job was going well. They cleaned up after the job and made sure I was pleased. YOU JUST CAN'T FIND COMPANIES THAT PERFORM LIKE THESE GUYS! …AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!!!

The gentleman arrived with a window to show, estimate emailed a week later. His strong talking point was the software he has directly from the manufacturer that other vendors don't have access to. He had no brochures to look at or written estimate made that day. instead he emailed it a week later after the 2nd call to inquire. The estimate was not easy to read, too many details & when I asked him why the estimate showed the appropriate window for northern climates rather than Texas, he offered a price break. He gave me a website to look at for the manufacturer. I felt the entire experience was not straight forward.

Competitive prices, personal attention and concerns to the job and the customer, great customer service, good crew. Provided warranty on installation. Detailed and clear quote and contract. Payment made after completion of job. A good overall experience and install job.

First met Bob on site for the estimate and he did all the measurements and calculations right there on site. He sent me a formal quote with the specs of the materials along with all the warranty information. Of the 3 contractors bidding on the work, Sunlite Exteriors provided the best product, SMART siding, a very competitive price and the fastest timeline for completion of the work, 5 days. It was important to complete this soon because I have renters interested in the property. I am sure that this will rent faster now that it looks so good. He also sprayed for termites while the siding was off and painted the burglar bars around the porch. I was very pleased with the workers on site, his constant attention to the details of the project and the follow up after the work was completed. I will post before and after pics later once I have them.

I had done work with Sunlight previously (front windows) and decided to have them put in my kitchen windows. They were here (4 man crew) about 9:30 and left around 4:00. Everything looked real nice and they cleaned up well afterwards. It was a very professional and efficient process. The French doors (which have been messed up since I bought the house) work as good as new. I am really happy with their work and will use them again when I get around to the rest of the windows and the exterior paint and trim work.

Found Bob on Angie's List. Used him for windows and roof replacement. Really enjoy working with him. He is professional and gives me good advice. I feel like he has my best interest at heart. Price has been good and the quality of the windows is excellent.

I first contacted Sunlite Exteriors through Angie's list in early March for an estimate on replacing my windows. In less than 2 minutes, I received a phone call from Bob. Since it was the weekend, he wanted to call me back on Monday to schedule a time to come out and give me an estimate. Bob was very friendly, both on the phone and when he came out for the estimate. Bob said that it would take 1 week for the windows to arrive, once I gave him the go ahead. One week later, I did not hear from him. I had to contact him several times to find out when the windows would be installed. It was approximately 2 weeks later when I finally had an appointment. I was supposed to meet them at 9am. At 8:55, I received a phone call from Bob, asking if his technician was already there and I said no. He said that his guy would be there any minute. So I waited. At 9:45, still nobody had shown up or called, so I called Bob back. Apparently the guy was still trying to get the windows loaded and I guess they thought it was okay to just let me sit there waiting. Bob came to my house to wait for the guy, and I went back to work. They were not able to install all the windows, because 2 windows were missing. Also, one of my dining room windows was incorrect. It took another 2 weeks to get the job completed. I was told in the beginning that I didn't have to pay anything until the job was finished and I was completely satisfied. So when Bob called to schedule the remaining windows to be installed, he also wanted to know when he could receive payment, which seemed to be in conflict with his "until you are completely satisfied" claim. I had the entire house painted inside before the windows were installed. Now in one of the bedrooms, there are black scuff marks all underneath the window and that wall requires repainting. Bob never bothered to ask if I was completely satisfied with the job. He was only concerned about when he will receive his money.

I originally e-mailed Bob and told him I wanted an estimate. He e-mailed me with a prompt response and came out the next day. He went through the whole exterior of the house and told me what he could do. He gave me an estimate and told me he could start in a few days. I can't comment about price because I did not get other estimates. I have been told by others that his price seemed very fair. His crews came out when he said they would and were always on time. They were very friendly, professional and seemed to know their job very well. The job took several weeks because of intermittent rain. Bob either called me or came by the house everyday and told me what would happen next. He is very responsive when you have questions and he communicates very well. He seems very sincere in his desire to make sure you are happy with the job. He did not ask for payment until the job was finished.

It would not be an exagerration to say the Sunlite Exteriors made all our house dreams come true. The crew arrived by 8:30 am each morning with a smile and a great atitude. They worked non-stop all day and cleaned up every evening before they left. They answered all my questions and discussed any problems that came up instead of glossing over them. They didn't take any short cuts or lose patience with us when we wanted something changed. They were the most courteous group of guys and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Bob Camp runs an honest and efficient company. There were repairs on my home he didn't want to charge me for and I had to insist he charge me for materials and labor. Bob's favorite thing to say was "Don't worry, we'll take of it." And he always did. Bob was the best contractor we ever hired and was also fun just to have around. Our home is now the best looking house on the block and we are very grateful to Bob and his team Lalo, Andrew, Lucio, and Alex.

My wife wanted some new windows for the house and Bob said he could get them done by Christmas. It was pretty close to Christmas when I called him so I appreciated his effort. We were having guest for Christmas so it was important to us to have them in. They look great. We even had one triple paned. Always a pleasure to work with Bob. He really wants to make his customers happy.

Bob was great from the time he first entered our home to after they've installed the windows!! On the initial visit, he spent roughly an hour measuring and discussing options that would work best for us. With installing the large picture window, he informed us that finding a window that large with functionality would be difficult. He spent multiple days speaking to numerous window manufactors to find us the perfect window, which he found at a great price! Bob called to inform us our windows and schedule our install the next day. During installation the crew showed up on-time with a professional manner. They explained what they were going to do and how long each step would take which helped us plan the day better. When installing they noticed some of our framework needed to be replaced, which they didn't without asking or charging us for, before the new windows were installed. Once finished, the crew cleaned up their area and asked if there was anything else that need to be done. Bob checked in on the job and again the next day to ensure we were still pleased with our windows. Their pricing was about 25-35% cheaper than other contractors, so my wife and I were leary. However Bob, his crew, and the quality of the windows removed all doubt. We will definitely be using them again in the future to replace the remainder of our windows (12). Can't express how nice it was to have someone honest and reliable working at our home.

I don't remember how much the quote was. I went with another company which I found on Angie's list. I got 3 different estimates from 3 different companies. Sunlite Exteriors was using a material that I didn't like. His bid wasn't competitive. The guy who came out was prompt with his response and estimate. He also followed up a lot with me. He was very professional and he didn't have what I was looking for, so I went with a different company. It's been a while since he was here, so I don't remember his punctuality but I guess he was fine. I don?t think I will use him again in the future.

The crew was friendly, professional and fast. They made quick work of the old windows, and installed the new ones. Bob Camp, Sunlite Exteriors/Center Roofing owner, is responsive, congenial, and I'd deal with him again anytime. Bob's price was about $900 lower than another bid I had for the same 15 windows. I recommend this company.

They are great problem solvers and are always looking for the best solution that will cost the least. They are very good to work with. They really want to do a good job and get good feedback.

Sunlite Exteriors did a superb job installing our new windows. Not only did they have the lowest price, their professionalism and honest candor has been a breath of fresh air. Now days it seems most companies do not understand the value of customer service and quality. Once the contract is signed, they just want to get the job done as soon as possible regardless of the outcome. Since hurricane Ike hit us a few years ago, my wife and I have had a lot of work done to our house, and I must say their crew was the best group we have ever worked with. They are professional, courteous, clean, and hard-working. Never once did I have to stand over them to ensure they weren't being careful and cautious with our property. Not only are the windows beautiful, we have also noticed a difference in temperature. The A/C does not run all day long and the humidity in our house is almost non-existent. This makes a huge difference living in Houston TX where the humidity can reach almost 100% without rain! Bob is a great guy, a straight shooter, and really cares about the customer and providing a good service. I would highly recommend this company.

A crew of 5 men arrived (on time) and began work immediately on the windows. They removed and hauled off the old windows and installed the new ones all in about 6 hours. The windows look awesome and more importantly the windows are performing as promised in regard to the reduction in heat and sunlight in the affected rooms. I would gladly use them again.

They were on time, professional, and courteous. We had an inspector come out and look at the roof. He stated this is one of the best jobs he had ever seen. I referred them to many people and everybody has been pleased so far.

They came out right away as we had an urgent need. They were professional and did an excellent job. They also let us know what we needed and gave us direction in order to have approval so our buildings were properly insured. We were very pleased with them and would use them again.

After getting put on several waiting lists with several roofing companies, none of which called me back, I sought a referal from a person I knew that is familiar with roofing companies. I was very worried about getting a fly by night company from out of town that would not stand behind their work, so I was relieved when Bob called me back. Due to the number of customers needing roof repairs, he said he would not come out and give an estimate, but he would give an estimate over the phone and send someone out to do the work. This bothered me, but this was a referal and they have been in business a long time. About 2 weeks later, he sent out a person to do the job. The person seemed competent, and completed the job in about 4 hours.
