Susan Wade is a LIFESAVER! My family and I prefer calling her "SUNSHINE SUSAN" as she makes our home and spirits BRIGHTER every time she works with us. As working parents with a a 6-person household in a small 3/2 home, we constantly struggle with the daily challenge of clutter and staying organized. We started our relationship with Susan a few years ago and SO appreciate her non-judgmental, focused, efficient, and motivating work-style. She does not try to over psychoanalyze us, but rather helps our family to make decisions and stay on task. We had not worked with Susan for a couple of years, but I realized a few months ago that we needed to work with her again to get back on track. I contacted her via text and she promptly responded. And yes, the SUNSHINE came out again when she arrived at our home. In fact, our kids were super excited to see her and they were SO shocked with the progress that we made during a four-hour session. I rarely get my nails done or get a massage, I see Susan as my pamper me sessions that rid myself of the stress and anxiety that comes from having a cluttered and disorganized home. She also helps you save money when you can finally find what you already own instead of going out and buying the same item. She will haul away your donations and even recycled trash too when she leaves. Susan, thank you for bringing peace, joy, and organization back to our family. We still have more work to do in our house (and the dreaded garage!), but the progress we made in 5-6 sessions allowed us to host Thanksgiving, Christmas and a holiday dinner party with friends plus have a playdate all because "Sunshine Susan" helped us get our home organized and presentable once again. I can't say THANK YOU enough!!!

Susan is a gem. We worked together for over 5 hours, and during that time, she never stopped. She had great ideas for organizing all my many bins of decorations, tools, and even extra bricks. She was prompt, professional, paid attention to detail, and her fees were very reasonable. I loved working with her and would hire her again anytime.

The objective of my meeting was to review and consult with Susan in this, our initial visit. She and I sat together and she provided very useful information including ways to stay energized and focused during the organization process. Susan was great and I received value for the time and money spent. I plan to schedule future appointments with Susan and would happily recommend her to anyone feeling overwhelmed or challenged on how to best organize their paperwork and/or physical space. With Susan's help I look forward to enjoying a sustained, organized environment throughout our house!

Provider is in the process of helping me organize my house. The process is incomplete at this time, but I cannot say enough about the work being done. This is an ongoing process which will take several weeks to several months to complete. She comes by every other week to help me and teach me in this process.

It was wonderful, they arrived and got right to work all I had to do was say stay or go. They took all the stuff to either Good Will or Habitat for Humanity and then gave me a complete list of all my donations. I can't wait to have them back to work a a room upstairs !

Why didnt do this before? My life is so much more simple and peaceful. Susan is such a nice lady and just down to earth...awesome lady. She did such a great job, diligent but still makes it fun. I will be using her again for the rest of my house, it is more then worth it. The pricing is fair and when she leaves (with all the bags so you don't have to deal with it, phew), its like a breath of fresh air. She leaves you with a plan to keep it the way she helped you get it.

It was great. She motivated me to follow through and over the next few weeks, I got rid of 90% of the clutter. It had all seemed so overwhelming (especially since I was experiencing a recurring health problem) and now I have a house that looks organized and inviting.

Susan was cheerful and encouraging as she quickly put things into the keep/discard/give piles. We worked together beautifully and got the job done in two days at 2 hours each. I had been overwhelmed with years of piles of stuff and she made sense of it all. I was extremely pleased.

Susan was very helpful in helping us categorize things to keep, things to donate and things to throw away. Many choices were difficult but she asked us the right questions to help us decide. We plan to use her again.

She's been very helpful. We have another appointment in January. We worked on the upstairs bedroom and we've been working on the first floor. She's given me tips on how to approach each space. She takes care of taking the donations bag to the donation center, which is nice. She takes the garbage, as well.

Susan showed up right on time and we got right to work. She helped me to decide what to keep and what to get rid of and we accomplished a lot in the 4 hours she was here. She took the stuff we decided to donate with her to take to the donation center so there was nothing left for us to have to do. Susan is always fun to work with and is so patient when we make decisions on options she suggests. We've done the garage and husband's offfice and love the changes. Next project will be my files or the kitchen.

I think she worked harder than I did. She was energetic, helpful, and had thought to bring some containers that proved very useful. She got us working as a team in about 2 minutes. I really enjoyed the experience! I've hired her to help me clear out a room in my house...I'll let you know how that goes! Highly recommended!

Susan is a life saver!! I have outgrown my current house and needed creative solutions to help me keep my home clutter free. Our initial appointment was for 3 hours (standard), but we were making such good progress, she was able to stay for an additional hour. During that time we were able to work on two closets and two bedrooms. Susan was very patient with me and encouraged me to get started (every time I try myself I get overwhelmed). I really liked her process of creating three areas to think of when going through the work. Items were either Keep, Donate or Trash. I don't have a problem with throwing things away, but I never felt pressured to throw away anything that I didn't want to. I also liked her organization suggestions for the items I wanted to keep. She was upbeat and enthusiastic the whole time. I enjoyed working with her. I even asked her if I could give her a hug when we were done! I liked working with Susan so much, that I decided to have her help me with the rest of my house!

Susan was always on time. Many times she stopped to buy supplies before she arrived at the house. My parents say Susan was always cheerful and a pleasure to have in their home. They felt very comfortable with her. She was helpful and never tried to push her ideas on them. She respected their opinions and decisions. Every time I talked to my mother on the phone while this project was underway, Mom would say how impressed she was with how hard Susan worked.
