Stoneside Blinds & Shades-Houston

Stoneside did a great job supplying all of the shades and drapes for my new home. Amber was my designer that helped me with my design and fabric selection. She had more than enough to choose and made the process very easy. Communication with the company was simple and everyone I worked with responded in a timely manner. Travis Ballenger was my installer who was also fantastic! A very nice guy that clearly knows what he's doing. Install went quick and looks great! Thanks Stoneside!

I had a terrific experience with Stoneside Blinds and Shades. So much so that I hired them a second time to get blinds for three more rooms in my house. Scheduling and completing a safe and distanced virtual consultation was a breeze! It was very nice to work with someone who remembers your specific house and tastes. Jason made choosing products easy as sending an email. Travis was quick, knowledgeable, and an absolutely joy to have over a second time! We love the look of our guest and living room with the new blinds, and the office has never looked better! No one else will be touching my windows except Stoneside! Thank you so much!

As I am writing this review, I have the biggest smile on my face and it's all because of Jason and Travis from Stoneside. Thanks to these two, me and my wife's dream home is coming to life. First of all, let's talk about the company and the shades themselves. Stoneside is not the cheapest company out there but they are the best. The quality speaks for itself and the service is worth anything you would spend elsewhere. We love what we've chosen and we have full confidence that these will last us for a very long time. Jason: From the get go, Jason has been a pleasure to work with. The fact that he has a design background was ESSENTIAL to us. We're not rich. He completely understood all of our budget limitations, learned what kind of styles we liked, and walked us through every single step along the way. We were not easy to work with. We doubted ourselves and changed our minds multiple times. There were a number of times when I called him and he would pull over on the side of the road just to send me a new proposal on the fly. This type of commitment and service is rare and is appreciated. Travis: He's a perfectionist. Installation day will forever be engrained in our hearts as one of the best days of the new home process. Travis showed utmost respect for our home and was delicate with all our furniture. He saw things we didn't see and he took his time to ensure that every single shade on every single window (there were a lot) was PERFECT. Again, this type of commitment and service is rare and we a very appreciative of it. We got the price we wanted and the window treatments we wanted and we got to work with the best people. So thank you Stoneside for running such a great company and for making such great personnel decisions on Jason and Travis. It is truly a pleasure to write this review.

Went very well. The shades are about 1-1/2 years old and I have never had to change the batteries before. Asked Stoneside to come out and replace for me. I expected to pay for the service call. Travis was very good about working me into his schedule. He replaced the batteries for me and did not charge me for the call. Normally there is a fee for service calls. The battery case is in kind of a precarious position and he could see that it might be a bit difficult for me to get it done myself.

I highly recommend Stoneside Blinds & Shades. We recently renovated a major portion of our home, including replacing the blinds on our whole home. Stoneside Blinds & Shades was by far the smoothest transaction in the process. Ashley, Justin, and Travis were amazing! Thank you so much for making our house feel like a home again!!

I called Stoneside, they setup a service call, Travis arrived 10 minutes early. He was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Stoneside. I love my motorized shades that I purchased from Stoneside and they have amazing customer service.

Ashley was great! She came over with samples and we picked out the shades and gave us the quote and answered any questions. The communication was great with the company and scheduling was easy. The installer was on time and quick. The only issue we encountered was from the manufacturer. The black out shades started peeling apart and letting light shine through. One quick email to Ashley, and the installer was back out with a replacement. This happened 2 more times, so the company replaced all the black out shades. They were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all my needs. Even though we had an issue with the product, the company reassured me it was an issue with the manufacturer and they were taking care of it. That being said, I would order again, just because of their excellent customer service and peace of mind knowing if something were to go wrong, they would be quick to fix it.

From start to finish everything went great. Ashley, a designer for Stoneside, came to the house with many samples and suggestions on what would look good in my home based on my existing furnishings, color of walls, and style of my home. I love the texture and color of my new shades. Three of the windows needed motorized shades as they are hard to reach to lift and close.The new motorized shades are fabulous. They operate very quietly and smoothly. All of the shades are light filtering and operate top down, bottom up so this gives me privacy options which I love. My home now looks sleek and up to date. Jason, the installer, and Ashley were very professional. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Ashley (the design consultant) and Jason (the installer) were great! Moreover, Stoneside's customer service is excellent; if you have any problems they will take care of it for you in a timely manner.

Everything went great. We loved Stoneside's designer. She came to our home and spent time to learn about what we were hoping to accomplish. She offers some suggestions and ideas we would have never considered. My husband and I had never seen transition shades. After seeing them, we purchase motorized transition shades for our entire first floor. They look awesome and it's great to be able to open and close the shades by remote control. The installation was completed ahead of schedule and everything looks great.

After purchasing the installations company came out to make sure all measurements of windows where correct. Then the goods where shipped to Robert Allnatt Installations. Robert, gave us a call and came out to install everything. As Stoneside had not delivered a few items Robert had to come back (at no costs) to get the last three blinds fixed. About two weeks ago we had a blind broke (mechanism). We called Stoneside and they immediately responded with sending out a new blind. Robert came out again to change the blinds. This all happened at no cost to us! So far we have been very happy with our Stoneside blinds and shades and with the service they provide. In future we will call Ashley as we can use her help with further decorating of our house.

Rep was knowledgeable and helpful - professional but empathetic. We were informed when shades received at company after. Installer called to make appointment, came early after asking permission. Very efficient, neat and quick job.

Both Ashley Brown and her installers were very puntual, courteous and professional. I had a variety of materials and dyes from which to choose and am very pleased with my purchase.
