I had a firm come to my house on Sunday to find and repair a leaking head. The individual could not locate after 2 hours and was planning to come back a few days later. Tito was very efficient and professional. He fixed 2 zones with busted pipes, 2 zones with rotors, and several sprinkler heads in no time. Tito told me up front his fee would be $250 and I felt that was a fair price. He's an expert with water conservation via your sprinkler system. Tito also has a remote control that works with certain systems so that he doesn't have to go back and forth to the control panel. Would definitely hire him again!

He gave a price for the job. After he was done, we walked through and I mentioned what he missed. He went ahead and fixed the issue and wanted to charge more for that. I simplify refuse to pay. I was never told it is not part of the initial job and I think I deserve a chance to know my cost before being charged.

Great! I went outside to turn on my sprinklers and realized the valve was broken. I checked Angie’s List at 8am and contacted Tito T 830am and he said he would let me know when he could make it. I wasn’t expecting to hear from him today but at 952am, he said he would be at my House in 15 minutes. By 10:45 AM, he had replace the cracked valve and raised some sprinkler heads that were not high enough. I highly recommend big tree sprinkler repairs and Tito!

After I purchased a Angies List deal, Tito got in touch with me the same day. On the day of the appt he let me know 45 min. in advance when he was coming and arrived on time. When he got to my place he took time to explain the work and did a clean job. He replaced a few sprinkler heads and ensured optimal water to locations which had grass dying due to the misaligned sprinkler heads. The price he offered was comparable and fair. I will call him again in the future if new work is needed.

Turns our we didn’t have a leak, but we had a lot of issues with the system we didn’t even know about. Tito optimized the entire system, replacing sprinkler heads with different types, raising sprinkler heads that were too low, moving sprinkler heads that weren’t located properly, fixed a rain sensor that had never worked properly. He performed a complete overhaul of our system in just a few hours. I would highly recommend him.

Our storm drain pipes were not connected to the street Tito did an excellent job extending that to the street and also cleaning the drains.
