Evaluated every zone and recommended options to ensure all areas were covered. They replaced several broken sprinkler heads, installed a drip system for some planters and upgraded some sprinkler heads for more coverage. Very punctual and professional. They did a great job and will be using them again as i add new flower beds.

Tito arrived on the same day I requested for service, and performed a wonderful job. Diagnosed the problem and repaired everything on the spot for a fair price. Will definitely use again for future sprinkler service work.

I was very impressed with the work completed. He was very efficient, thorough and fair. Some of the things I thought was a problem with my system was actually working properly and he didn’t take advantage of the situation. Also, he cleaned up after the job was completed.

Tito was on time and repaired the sprinkler system solenoid pretty quickly and gave me a warranty. After 2 weeks, i noticed a lot of standing water by the solenoid and called Tito back to come take a look. Tito didn't show up for 5 different appointments. Very disappointing. Would not recommend anyone to purchase the warranty, clearly it didn't mean anything.

Tito was on time and worked hard. He found all the valve locations scattered throughout the yard and got my system up and running again in a couple hours. Seems like a small company without all the bloated administrative costs of a lot of the bigger companies. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Tito was able to come out the same day I started looking for a contractor and made the repair in short order. His flexibility and follow through are fantastic and I will continue to try to include him on bids for anything my sprinkler system needs.

First, I had an appointment scheduled between 12:00 and 2:00pm so I scheduled my day around that so I could be home at the scheduled time, then he called and was at my house earlier so I had to turn around from where I was headed and go home. MAIN ISSUE - Tito said that 2 of my valves needed to be replaced in order for my sprinkler timer to work properly and quoted $350.00 to do the repairs. I thought that price seemed a bit high so I told him I had to think about it, he charged me $50 just to come out and give me an estimate. I then called another sprinkler service from Angie's List and they came out and found out that one of my black timer boxes was not working and they moved those 3 zones that were not working to a different timer box and they worked fine. It only cost me $50.00 for the repairs not the $350 that Tito quoted me. He tells you something is wrong that is not wrong so he can charge you more money. As an experience sprinkler repairman, he should have know that the timer box was out. It only took a few minutes for HydroQuest Irrigation to find the issue and fix it. YOU CANNOT TRUST ANYTHING TITO SAYS.

Did work well and was good to work with

Tito is knowledgeable, but I found the cost of his service above average. What disappointed me was how he described the service before we agreed on a price and made it sound that it was more complicated than it was. He explained that the work could take long if he didn't find where the valves were located, but he had an equipment that cost him $1500 that could help locate the valve. I later found the same equipment at Amazon for $750. He found the valve location with the equipment in less than 10 min, of course, we had already agreed on the price, so it was his lucky day, $300 for 1 hour of work. He started with a quote of $470, I searched online and the national average valve replacement cost is $212. His visit fee is $50 which is lower than average, but in the end you end up paying more,

Tito provided an excellent service, and I have no hesitation in recommending him. We discussed options and prices and settled on a solution that met my budget. If needed, I will definitely engage him again in the future.

Tito was on time and polite. He found 2 pipe peaks and 4 heads that needed replacement. He noted that one of the pipe leaks was due to the cable company and suggested I contact them for reimbursement of some of his cost.

Mr Chavez was very responsive and accomodating to my schedule. He came out diagnosed the issues were having in coverage and made the repairs at a very fair price. Would definitely use Big Tree Services again.

Tito texted when he was going to be a little late in arriving for the appointment, which was appreciated -- when he arrived, he set up a remote control on the program box, showed me how to turn on the system, and we walked through the different zones to make sure all the heads were operational. We reviewed the broken head I knew about and he marked the little leak geyser. He quoted a price I considered excellent based on some other contractor research and was able to do the minor repair as well as cap two heads I'd mentioned I didn't need, since all they were watering was weeds. I would definitely hire him again for any issue with this system.

The experience with Tito was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. He has 15+ years of experience in sprinkler systems. He gave me various options based on the irrigating goals I wanted for my yard. He asked me to walk around with him during his assessment so he could understand what I’d been experiencing, and then delivered a complete plan before my quote. The quote seemed fair and without unrequested up-selling. Highly recommended.

Tito called back on the first business day, showed up on time, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He did all the work himself and knows what he is doing. He uses technology to locate issues that prevents a lot of digging. My system is now working great after his major, post-Harvey fixes and upgrades.

Fantastic contractor and job! Previously I have used many different irrigation system companies (many of whom i found on Angies List). But, I was never satisfied because they could not or would not offer solutions to my sprinkler system problems. Tito showed up on time and replaced the back-flow valve (the main reason I called). But he also checked my entire system and offered solutions to my issues and suggestions for improvement. My system works better now, waters more evenly, and operates much more efficiently than ever before. I would definitely recommend Tito and I will use him again.
