They came out, turned the system on, walked around and told me what they thought needed repairs. They quoted $650 for the work: broken valve, broken pipe and numerous broken heads. Nothing in writing. Seemed extremely high, so got a second quote. Value just turned off, broken head not pipe and 3 replaced heads for a total of $120.00 that included the $60 trip charge. Be very weary of these guys unless you want to pay for work that does not need to be performed. I want my $59.00 back as using Angie's s List would have cost me an extra $500.

Big Tree Sprinkler Repairs did a fantastic job - extremely professional and friendly! Tito and his assistant showed up on time and explained to me what they were going to do - check all the sprinkler heads, zone by zone, and flag the sprinkler heads that had an issue. Colored flags were used to mark the bad heads. Different color codes marked different problems, with red flags being the most critical problems to fix. Tito had a remote control device that he wired into the sprinkler controller. The device enabled him to turn the sprinkler system on and off, zone by zone, without going to the controller in the garage. That way, he was able to quickly point out to me the issues at each color coded flag. I approved the fixes before he made them. After the fixes were made, using the same remote controlled device, Tito demonstrated the fixes to me, zone by zone. He suggested adding a rain gauge to the sprinkler system. The price was good, so I accepted. Tito also made a chart of which areas of the yard are in each zone, and attached that chart to the garage control panel. Before he left, I requested a lesson in programming the sprinkler controller. He patiently walked me through all the steps. Big Tree Sprinkler Repair did a fine, thorough job. I'm very pleased with their work.

As far as I can tell everything went well.

It went well. He had to return a couple of times because I had water pressure issues which had to be fixed first. He showed me the problem areas and the cost associated with fixing the problem before any work was done.

It went well Mr. Chavez. Even when he accidently broke a couple of the PVC pipes in the process of repairing the sprinklers. He identify the issue quickly and repair it at no cost to me. He work efficiently and left the areas clean.

After some scheduling difficulties and a mix-up in communication I decided to go with another company that I'd had a previous good experience with.

He did not identify the leak that we have neen experiencing. Instead, he said that he found leaks in 3 other locations and said almost all the sprikler heads need replacement. He gave a verbal quote of $650 to do the work. When asked for written quote, he was hesitent to give one. He left without performing tuneup of the system.

Tito was quick, responsive and did a good job for a good price! A larger and completely separate company inspected the damage to my sprinkler system first and wanted to charge me more than twice what I paid Tito to replace the entire backflow valve assembly when only a small component was damaged. They're getting a bad review after I finish this entry.
