Did not show up for three appointments

Tito was very efficient and worked hard to get the sprinkler at our new house correct.

Vendor was scheduled to arrive between 0800 and 1200. He never showed and never contacted me. I contacted him about 4:00pm and he responded by saying his vehicle had mechanical problems. and wanted to reschedule. I declined.

Going in I knew that there would be additional charges for repairs and was OK with that. I walked through the initial testing of all the zones and he pointed out what needed to be repaired which was going to cost $450 in addition to the $59 I had already paid. After this initial walk through I left him alone to make the repairs. Once he made the repairs he showed me two more sprinkler heads that he said needed replacing for additional $65. I went ahead and paid this extra amount but asked why we did not catch these on the initial testing when I had seen these two sprinklers that seemed to be working fine at that time.

Ok, but limited amount of work preformed for amount charged.

Tito Chavez inspected all 8 zones and explain what areas that was having problems. He was very professional and I will be using his services again, He only repaired the sprinkle head today. He will be returning to do additional work,

When I purchased the offer from Angie's List, I left 3 dates that were good for me to have them come perform services. I also specifically noted that I needed to be contacted 1 hour PRIOR to anyone coming out so that I could be sure to be home. When I didn't hear anything back for 3 days, I decided to go ahead and call them to find out about scheduling (since one of my preferred dates had already came and gone). When I spoke to them, they told me that they had sent an email to me previously, however, this email was not sent until AFTER our conversation. We had set up an appointment for today. I was out running errands earlier this morning and when arrived back home, the company truck was in my driveway. I went to introduce myself to the technician, but the first thing he said to me was "I've been waiting on you for 30 minutes." (Side note; the cleaners I had just arrived back from is within walking distance from my home, so there was no way it was half an hour). I reiterated that I had requested a call an hour prior to arrival, but I was told that this message was never received. The technician then asked if I wanted him to get started. I reluctantly told him to go ahead, but decided to call Angie's List to see what was going on with scheduling mishap. When the technician realized who I was calling, he jumped in the truck and took off. I ended up having to request a refund from Angie's List for the services that were never rendered. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Unfortunately for them, there are 3 or 4 of my neighbors who are also in the market for sprinkler repair and /or complete installation that I would have been happy to recommend this company to had professionalism and quality customer service been existent. However, it was not, and I will continue looking for someone who would be grateful for my business.

Diagnosis and Optimization of system went well. Did not realize adjustment and/or replacement of sprinkler heads was extra cost.

Great, all the work was done in about 1 1/2 Hrs. Everything is working great! Tito was on time and very professional and nice. Set my sprinkler to save on water bill and to protect the grass from fungus. Checked all my sprinkler heads and corrected the Valve, part of the 59.00. I paid extra for the replacement of some of my sprinkler heads. Well worth the money.

I would have preferred a more itemized invoice for all of the services he did, but in general, he did a good job. He had to come back a day later to repair the 'dead' station, because he didn't have the particular part needed ($150). But after he finished, it is all working well.

Fine. He suggested additional charges for problems that he saw, but we decided not to do those things at that time.

Titi did a great job bringing my irrigation system back to proper operation.

It didn't happen because they did not care to respond back to my order or voice mail.

He fixed my sprinkler so that they would do a sufficient job. About 5 or 6 of my sprinklers had been push ed down too far into the ground and he had to pull those out and replace them and put them on longer stems. Another 2 or 3 where facing the wrong direction so he had to change them. He also changed out the sprinkler itself. He did a very good job. He told me everything he was doing all the way along. I appreciated that.

They never made it to the house. Not honest and apparently not a legal resident of the USA.

The only thing I received for this $59.00 was him checking the heads and telling me which ones need to be replaced or raised and then wanted $300.00 dollars to it.

Tito did a fine job. We are very happy with his work.

It went very well. The inspection and minor repairs were done, and he marked the sprinkler heads that were leaking or needed height adjustments. He walked me through the sprinkler heads that had problems and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix those heads. The cost estimate seemed reasonable, so I had him do the repairs.

Tito and his crew switched out 3 heads that were too large near the street that had been wasting a LOT of water. They added some new heads to my newly landscaped backyard patio area to directly water my new trees and plants, and capped of others that were no longer needed and mis-directed. Others that were too low were raised. Timer was reset to a more reasonable spraying period. I was very impressed by his suggestions and I can see how much this work was needed. Very professional and not pushy!

It was very quick and efficient. They were here on time and quickly did the work. Some replacements were needed and they reset the timing of the sprinklers. Very professional, very competent.
