+ -1 moreIt was pretty good. He did a good work. He was on time and professional. He did the work that he was suppose to do. The price was fair. I have 3 other garage doors and he didn't offer to maintain those. I would think a good repairman would have asked if we wanted them to repair the others.

+ -1 moreSUV was stuck in garage and Michael lifted door up so I can move it out the way. Michael replaced of two torsion springs, he replaced both of my cables that we cut so garage can go down, he replaced of 10 rollers with nylon rollers, Lubricated all the parts & straightened out the bent parts on my track. He performed all this work in less than 2 hours, in the rain and showed me all the old parts he replaced afterwards. Michael was a LIFE SAVER!! He did a GREAT JOB!!

+ -1 moreTravis serviced our garage door. I knew our garage door opener was noisy, BUT WOW, I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW NOISY!!!! It runs so smoothly and quietly now. And our door wheels were very worn but we had no idea. This was our first time to use Spectrum Overhead Door but it won't be our last. :-) Travis explained in detail how to care for our doors, and what he did to make them work the most effectively. I DON'T HESITATE to recommend Travis.
Description of Work: He adjusted the two garage door openers, changed the wheels, replaced the lights and re-coded the panel. Awesome!!!!

Started having same trouble after a couple of days and Travis came back and took care of the issue(completely different issue) with a spare part he had at no additional cost. Highly recommend!

+ -1 moreI called Travis yesterday and he came today. He told me he'd be here between 9 and 11 and he was here by 10. He explained what he was going to do then got to work. He suggested that the springs be tightened for an additional $30 and I agreed. I'm very pleased with how smoothly and quietly my door opens and closes now. Big improvement. I'll be sure to call him again when the next tune up is needed.

+ -1 moreWe had to pay a lot of extras that the provider didn't let me to pay trough angies list website. They offer me a "better price" if I pay directly to him. On top of that I request an extra garage door opener because mine was broken an he sell me a used one but he charged me like a new. When I complained, he told me that the control was new. Then I ask him: well if the control remote is new, where is the box or the wrapping paper of the "new remote control" ? He just told me: Ho I don't have it. Any way I had to pay full price. Please I don't want this review to be public. I don't want him calling me back. I just wanted to let you now that he is not a reliable person.
