Spectrum did a great job. They followed up quickly with my initial request for service. I did not have to wait a long time for an appointment and they came when they said they would. Their work was fast, professional, good quality and relatively inexpensive.

Technician came out to fix the garage door opener. After running tests he determined that the motherboard went out and needed to be replaced. Job was done well, no problems, technician made sure to explain everything and answer whatever question I had.

Thank you for using our services. Just a note- we are one of a few companies that take the time to replace a circuit board. The parts purchased wholesale are still quite expensive. Most companies would just insist on selling you a brand new unit, and would earn more money doing so. We were able to solve your issue with a little extra work and save you at least half of what you would pay for a new unit installed.

quick response time and very personable. Even on the weekend. He came out again a few months later for another issue - fixed door again quickly and did so at a competitive price. very pleased to have utilized the services of this business.

That went fine. It was scheduled fine and it was taken care of on a timely basis. They came out and did what they said they would do. The cost was what it was. So everything went OK. If I would have to have another repair done, I would call them. They did a good job.

Michael was the Tech that came to my House. If this man is representative of all their Techs, you can not go wrong. This guy was awesome. He knew exactly what was wrong with the garage door opener and he did not try to "oversell" me on stuff that I did not want or need. He even told me certain things that he thought would be a waste of money. I have had very bad experiences with garage door techs in the past (NOT this company) and I had some trepidation about the $90 tune-up special that they ran through Angie's List, but these guys are definitely the real deal. Will absolutely not hesitate to use again or refer to these guys.
Description of Work: Re-wired garage door opener that was not working properly, new rollers and lubricated all the components. Garage door works perfectly now.

Mike called me 30 minutes before the visit, as I requested, and came by my house on time. He inspected the garage door and replaced the broken springs efficiently. He made sure that the replaced springs worked correctly and cleaned up afterward. Great job...

Things went well. They came out to see why our garage door opener was not working. They determined it was a chain but also that the motor was n sad shape. We chose to have them replace the unit and gave us a credit that we had already paid. Very professional and dos a great job.

The technician was very good and punctual. However, the owner refused to order the necessary parts from the manufacturer and tried to sell me a new opener. I was forced to use another provider in order to get the parts and have the opener repaired.
Description of Work: Came to my residence on time and evaluated my door opener which was showing an error indicating the speed sensor needed to be replaced. Oiled the garage door rollers.

Maurantec is considered the most light weight and non dependable of all lift systems. Please view the terrible reviews about Maurantec openers on Amazon.You can't fault our company for trying to sell you a new one!

The overhead garage door was very noisy - it squeaked and squealed every time it was opened or shut. Spectrum came out and went right to work. They did the work needed and left me with a reasonable cost and a quiet door. The serviceman was pleasant and professional.

Michael, my technician, was excellent. He diagnosed my openers problem and gave me my options. He brought 2 types of openers, a chain drive and a belt drive. After thoroughly informing me on each one, I decided to go with the belt drive, which has a better warranty and is internet wifi compatible. Spectrum gives a 2 year warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty. If anything should go wrong in the next 2 years, all I have to do is call Spectrum. Michael was friendly and easy to talk to and I would definitely call him again when my other old opener stops working.

Description of Work: The provider did everything what they advertised: replaced the rollers, tighted up the loose string twice lubricated the whole system, checked the motor and programmed the additional door opener (remote control). The garage door now is much more quite and smooth..

They contacted me shortly after I purchased one of their coupons on line. We set the appointment and they arrived on time. However, after looking at what all needed to be done the technician found that they did not have the proper part to complete the work. He had to shop around to find the part but did return later that day to complete the work. He was very professional and seemed to have my best interest in mind when suggesting the work to be performed.
Description of Work: They replaced the spring in my garage door so that it would raise and lower along with worn out roller brackets. They were very reasonably priced.

I thought I would have to replace a few panels on my door. A few stiffening panels later it was fixed. Gave me a decent price on replacing the springs since he was already there. He greased everything up and my door was good as new.
