1. We don't perform any structural modifications to retrofit a home for a larger door. Once the framing is completed, we will install a door of any size for you. 2. We don't work on semi-truck docks or bumpers. 3. We don't work on commercial box truck lift gates.

Description of Work: Michael was fantastic as well as very professional and honest at presenting all my possible options to fix our problem (Motherboard). We ended up buying a new garage opener which he installed succesfully. He was later very responsive at returning with a couple of issues that we had a few months after the installation. Description of Work: Spectrum was great- will absolutely use them in the future. I bought a pacage to have the door inspected and rollers replaced- which was great. I had some problems with the door which were due to improper installation of certain components. The technician explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand- and had additional work performed at a very reasonable price. This wasn't one of the "buy the deal and get screwed on the upgrades" deals that we see so many of. Shame on Angie's list for allowing that. But overall- give Spectrum an A+... They will definitely get my business in ten future.

Description of Work: Change rollers in garage door and oil the hinges. Garage closes easily without too much noise as before. I paid $60 extra for the same service that l paid 90 dollars for as advertized on angie's list. I was happy with the job but felt the initial quoted price of $90 is a false advert and deceitful to costumers.

Your review is very puzzling! Yes you prepaid $90 for an "opener tuneup." This is for your garage door opener only as described in Angies List deal. When at your location I pointed out that you would also benefit from a garage door tuneup. This is listed on AL for $79 and you received it at $60! We normally don't even combine 2 coupons at the same time, yet you received a deal at LESS THAN ADVERTZED PRICE. 90 + 60 instead of advertised 90 + 79. There was no pressire put on you to add on the additional door tune up! I simply showed you that your rollers were worn out and that it would be best to replace them while I was there. I simply do not understand what you would be upset about since we charged you less than we should have. Have a blessed day anyway.

Description of Work: Spectrum OHD was supposed to come between 4 and 5, but called to reschedule to between 6 and 7 pm. Travis offered to repair my garage door, which I had planned to replace, and the cost was less than half the cost of a replacement. He performed the repairs right away and did a very good job. It looks fine and operates better than before it was damaged.
