Very well - he was on time and did a good job.

I didn't want to really say anything because I don't have anything good to say. The technician was here for 15 minutes. I don't know how you can complete that kind of work in 15 minutes. I've done pest control over the years, and they usually spend 40 minutes in the house, or half an hour making sure every milk and cranny is protected. I didn't feel that here. It was neither here nor there. It was neutral. What stood out to me was that they came and went in 15 minutes. Some people might like that, but I know better and know you're not going to be able to accomplish a good inspection or treatment in 15 minutes. The value for the price F.

They told me one thing on the phone and did something else when they came out.

On scene technician was outstanding

Tech sprayed inside and out - went really quickly. Did not pester me for a contract which I appreciated, since I was only interested in a one-time spray to see how it goes.

The technician was not thorough in spraying the kitchen despite telling him the main problem of roaches is in the kitchen. Later that night all the roaches came out in the kitchen. I removed all the utensils from the kitchen so that the technician would adequately treat the area but he barely sprayed in the kitchen. Such a waste of my time and effort of removing things and putting them back. Worst of all the roaches are still there!

Great! On time professional service, very thorough spraying the house, garage, and yard!

Arrived on time and told me that I didn't need any additional services.

I wouldn't use them again. I still had ants inside and they said, "We're really sorry, but we did the treatment and those kinds of little ants appear throughout the year." It was really disappointing. It was a week or two later and they didn't do anything. So I thought I won't use them again. They were on time. I didn't have any problems with the outside, just the inside. They responded, it's just that they didn't respond well when you had a problem. The guys that were here were professional, it's the people that were at the office that were not professional because they didn't do anything about the problem.

They did not meet the expectations, so I just let them go. They came did the work for the $59, but what they promised, they did not do. They promised they would do everything in the house, in the coupon. Once they came in, they say in order to take care of the house, I would have to pay $500 not $59. They did not address the problem, they just did something to cover the $59. I am not happy!

I was not there but my mother told me that the tech was there before time and handled himself very professionally. He informed her of what will need to be done in order to keep the situation from getting worst and the reps on the phone that spoke with me were very polite and informative. Yes, I would definitely hire them again.

Everything was fine but he did show up earlier than I was expecting

The tried to sell me an annual maintenance plan before they came out. The guy who sprayed seemed to be randomly spraying in various rooms, not thorough at all. We didn't really see any difference after he sprayed. When we got a follow-up call they again said their annual plan was guaranteed, but I wasn't about to do that.

Arrived as scheduled, was courteous, and explained what he would be doing and what chemicals would be used. I would use them again.

It was okay. It was good. They were fast and quick. They were very clear about the instructions. I think they did fine.

I purchased an Angie's special for $59. He was very polite, but was fast. In and out of the house in less than 5 minutes.

Technician came out and did what they called a spot treatment. When I called and complained that the bug problem was worse than it was before they sprayed, I was told that I had to sign a long-term contract before they would come back and correct the problem. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Service was not performed because company refused to include a spare bedroom detached from house which is included in the total sq. footage of the home, and still 1000 square feet under the limit set forth in the ad.

They came and performed the services as normal. Cockroaches kept coming even after the treatment.

I had the house sprayed for pest control around 5/16/16. Bugs never went away. Today, house is invested with ants, spiders and other "unknown" bugs. Called the company on 6/29/16 to have the house re-sprayed, but the service was denied. Sovereign Pest Control informed me that I waited 6 weeks to notify them, therefore they couldn't re-spray the house. They would if I purchase another service again. Sure, it was my fault to take so long to contact them. I accept that. But this does not change the poor quality of their services. Bugs were supposed to go away at first place. In summary, Sovereign lost a customer. Time to move on.

I had a fine experience with the company. I don't know if it was very effective but I didn't have any problems with setting it up with the company. They were very easy to work with. They honored the date that we set it up for. They didn't charge any more than the Big Deal price. I didn't see any difference in my yard. The company themselves said that they did. I am going to use them again for an indoor treatment so we'll see how that goes.

Arrived as scheduled. Was helpful in that he emptied out my plant saucers and other containers holding water. Also, took the time to move my rosemary and basil planters out of harm's way. It only took him about 15 minutes to spray my front and back yards, so I am not sure how thorough it was. It did seem to reduce but not eliminate the mosquitoes. Would use again just before having an outdoor event.

They did well. I think they come out twice a year.
