Southwest Exterminating

SWE attempted to do a exclusion on my home (while I was not there) but did not close everything up on the outside of my home as I was quoted/promised. SWE charged my card before they even asked me if I was satisficed with their work. I called the next day to disclose this information, and wanted the owner to contact me, but of course he was "out of town". I also wanted his email, but was also denied that. I wanted him and still want him to see the attempt of an exclusion on my home, and pay for only what was actually done. Bee hives were left out and weep holes not covered , many holes still left unsealed, sloppy caulk has dripped down the side of my house on the brick and siding. When the sales person promised that "I would not even know that they were there" as in I would not be able to tell or notice that his workers touched my home. The $900 price included a warranty, but after the work I saw I did not want them touching it again to risk more damage. Also being charged $150 ahead, because they were supposed to spray my attic which never happened. Also when got paper work back from bank after disputing I see that they FORGED someone's name on the service invoice !!!! which I lost, but because they said some service was rendered. SWE also claimed to the bank that they sprayed my home for free which the service worker may of lied and told them that, but no my husband paid him CASH!! My husband did not hire them nor know what exactly was supposed to be done as I did so he thought that was how the business operated for payment. All in all the job that was done my 6 year old could have done better with her eyes closed and the stuff they used I could of bought a can for 20 bucks and been done! I have a termite contract. Every since they have started coming, I have no longer had termites. They have been providing this particular contract for about 15 years. I pay about $129 a year. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional, and send out an appointment card ahead of time. They also call before they come out, to make sure the appointment would still work. The work with you really well.

Everything went great!

Not well! I got quote from Nikk (I believe he is owner) after he came to my home and gave a detained plan. I had termites on two small areas on back yard bathroom area. The person who came to do the work started to complaining that we did not water the foundation for him because it was so dry and he had to work more. I was not home but my wife and my dad. We called office right away about guy's attitude and I guess Nikk must have talked to him - his attitude got even worse. Nikk told me it was a courteous request on the guy's part - which was not at all courteous in fact he was rude. Nikk never told us to water the foundation or to move heavy stuff from patio area which my wife had to move while he stood shamelessly listening to his music on headphones. He spilled so much medication in patio area that I was scared of my kids and dog to go there - Nikk said it is ok -medication is not bad for kids/dog. I got about 10% off of the quote due to Angie's list member -so it was $765 -which was spent on the worse professional work I ever had. I will not recommend or call Southwest for anything. I'm ever wondering if the guy did good treatment for termite. Southwest Exterminating gets "F" from me.

The treatment is very effective and they are very good to work with. They are here when they say they will be. They meet their timelines.

Outside fire ants were never a problem but "house anta" took some effort. I have used them every time I was in Houston since 1980.

SW Exterminating has been providing home services for me for 20 years. They do a great job, respectful employees, etc. I have never had a pest problem. I use them every quarter.

They said they would do what ever it required, even drilling into a dead space area.They sprayed around the entire propeerty 4 times in eight weeks.I had other exterminators prior to having Southwest Exterminators but their product did not do the joband they wanted to charge money for a repeat extermination.
