1) It was incredibly painful. The technicians were awful. They had zero customer skills. They complained endlessly about the "Aggies" who had installed our system when the house was built. That it was hot and uncomfortable in the attic. They flat out lied to me regarding whether the motor bearings need to be oiled. They left the old motor behind and it was clearly marked. They did not take the time to completely reassemble the chimney vent in the furnace. I discovered in the winter when I tried to use my furnace that the igniter wasn't plugged in and my furnace wouldn't work. I also discovered that my chimney vent was venting into my house air. Can you say carbon monoxide poisoning? 2) The compressor they replaced lasted 18 months. I had to replace the whole system. The person I had look at the failed compressor told me that when it was installed, the lines weren't dried out and the line drier wasn't replaced. I would never use these guys again or recommend them.

The technician took my call quickly and came around to give an estimate to repair my air conditioner. His prices were real good and he explained the reason the air conditioner was not cooling and he gave me a work guarantee. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day was set and the technician showed up on time. He did an excellent job, was polite and friendly and cleaned up any mess.

BEN IS THE SAME PERSON WHO HAS SERVICED OUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING UNITS FOR FIFTEEN YEARS. HE WAS ON TIME FOR THE SERVICE AND RECOMMENDED SOME NEW PARTS FOR NEXT YEAR. I TRUST HIM NOT TO OVER CHARGE ME OR MAKE UNNECESSARY REPAIRS.
