SOUTHERN FRONT STAINED GLASS

I always wanted a forged metal front door. While looking around I found Southern Front Doors had a few really nice selections in their showroom. After speaking with the Salesman (Ricky) I was sold and was ready to order. They sent out a crew that I really thought were going to do a good job. As it turned out, the install was not done properly at all. The sidelites on either side of the doors were both cut to small and they were just stuck in there with glue at the top and bottom. The glue was not even on the outside of the glass and it didnt look good at all. I spoke with Rickey, Jason (Manager) and even the Owner about it and they promised that they would take care of it. Jason even called oneday to tell me that someone was coming out. I waited all day. No one came. Its been over a year and to this day, no one has come out to fix the problem. Mario is the installer and if he comes out to do anything!! Please send him away. It's really a shame that they never corrected the problem. I love the door itself and so do many people who see it. But I will never recommend they shop there.

Although this company was recommended to us by a friend, we were reluctant to pay for the doors and installation in advance. However, the doors and transom window are beautiful and were professionally installed by Josh Tayloe so our concern was unfounded.
