When there was some puzzlement over the written estimate, he cleared it up right away (in my favor!). On the day of installation, he and crew were here promptly, cleaned everything up, and had it done in record time. Moreover, Mr. Solis volunteered to come back and put a better platform under the unit for upstairs. We seldom see this excellent level of service nowadays.

And he patiently and completely answered all my questions, offered even more pertinent information, and offered several alternatives with my best interest in mind -- the professional part.
