Mauricio and crew did a fantastic job! I was having problems with lights flickering and power fluctuating. To remedy that, they added three dedicated circuits for the window AC units and the microwave. They also installed new conduits and replaced my security lights. Mauricio had recommended LED lights on a previous visit, and I am VERY happy with the light output and the fact that they should last for over 10 years! And, Mauricio replaced the electrical panel box. (He'd also recommended replacing it on a previous visit, saying that it was overloaded.) Instead of the jumble of wires I had before, the panel box is big and clean and the breakers are labelled. The only hitch with this job was that CenterPoint failed to show up during their promised window of time to do the temporary power disconnect. Oh, and Mauricio replaced a fan switch on the living room ceiling fan and a light switch on the bedroom ceiling fan. I am VERY happy with the quality of the work they did. In all cases, the work is not only functional, but very neat as well. And I'm pleased with their work ethic. I will be asking Mauricio for extra business cards to share with my friends and neighbors. And S.N.R. will be my "go to" for electrical work in the future, for even the smallest jobs.

I would never recommend SNR Electrical for the following reasons: • Rewiring project not completed within 3 days as stated it would be by owner • Rewiring and drywall repair work was never completed o Stove exhaust fan was never rewired o Drywall repairs never completed and many repairs were of poor quality with openings larger than electrical cover plates could conceal. Most areas of mud were not left paint ready as the owner said that they would be.  Drywall repairs not completed were behind dryer in the laundry room, master bedroom closet, and behind stove and refrigerator. o No electrical plate covers were installed • An inconsistent quality of work done by employees including leaving an exposed hot GFI (ground fault interrupter) box in the kitchen at the end of work on Monday 5/2. • A consistent pattern of workmen not arriving at the times stated by owner • A consistent pattern of owner not responding to texts about project • No consistent effort to clean up area after each day of work • Damages were incurred by workmen o Attic access stairs were broken and never repaired or replaced-replacement and installation costs of $340 at my personal expense o The black box containing my hearing aids was handled by employees with the resulting loss of a hearing aid – replacement cost $250.00 at my personal expense o Completion of unfinished drywall repair at $150.00 at my personal expense o Rewiring of stove exhaust fan at an estimated $200.00 at my personal expense

Great service and work. Showed up on time. Completed on time. Installed new breaker panel and switches. Completed panel wiring was clean and neat. Mauricio patiently answered any questions I had before work began.

Mauricio is sooooo professional. He came out gave a quote and explained the work to be done in a way I could understand it. He and his workers came as promised, completed the job and even made inexpensive suggestions for my addition that I could do myself. SNR is my new go to company for all electrical needs.

We used SNR to replace the electrical panel in our 32 year old house. Mauricio responded almost immediately to our inquiry through home advisor. He came the next morning, on a Saturday no less, and arrived at the time specified. He provided a quote that was very fair, and, in fact, was considerably less than the first quote we received from a company that advertises extensively on the radio and Internet. His quote included the same items. He did not try to sell us any add ons, just what we were interested in. He came on time to do the work and brought a helper with him who was also very competent and personable. I now have about 10 of his business cards because there are always people in our neighborhood looking for a reliable and competent electrician, Julio Gonzalez.. They are hard to find. We have some other electrical work and I wouldn't even consider hiring anyone else. Highly recommend this company. They are top notch!

Mauricio is a master electrician and knows his trade well, and he and an apprentice do the work. He arrived on time on Wednesday, 1/27, to review work to be done. He prepared a proposal to do the work and delivered it when he said he would that evening. His proposal was detailed and the price was fair and reasonable. We scheduled service for 1/28, and he showed up when he said he would, reviewed with me the work he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and then performed all the services in a timely and professional way. He even purchased some mulch to restore the tree bed where he installed the landscape wiring and left the work areas in clean condition, like he was never there. I found Mauricio and SNR Electrical Services through HomeAdvisor, and am so happy with the results (using HomeAdvisor and SNR Electrical Services), would highly recommend him to others looking for electrical work, and will call him again for future needs. And, I would look for other recommendations for other types of services through HomeAdvisor.
