Tech was running late due to a traffic accident on freeway. He kept me aware of the situation. He changed later appointments to still get me in in the scheduled window. Everything done on time. Would use them again.

This was our 2nd job for them. David Banuelos was our technician on both jobs. 1st job was replacing a 20 amp breaker. 2nd was replacement of two outlets. David was friendly, personable and definitely knew what the was doing. I will use this comany again and will aslo request David as our techniciain.

Quick, professional, efficient. SNR replaced a broken GFI, bringing the power to the bathroom outlets through the house. I received an explanation of why GFI was out, and an estimate of what needs to be done. Would definitely use them again.
